First appointments there were alright but they had a policy change 3 weeks ago and decided a day before my appointment to call and try to cancel my appointment. When I asked why I hadn't been called earlier regarding the policy change they said they did try contacting me but I didn't get any calls, voicemails, emails etc and I did just check my phone... Disappointed and won't be coming back.

Every time I go to premier I wait over an hour (typically 2) to see a Doctor or Nurse practioner. The nurses are great. However if you call for an appointment and get the call center expect the run around. All the Dr's and nurse practioners I like end up leaving Zypherhills. Getting fed up. I don't recommend to anyone that has another option sorry.

I do not have Health Insurance and the center made me an appointment to be seen. First visit was so reassuring that Premier Healthcare was going to be my place for health care. The staff is caring and concerned about MY health. They sent me out to specialist. I'm Diabetic and the Nurse Practitioner made sure I had my Meds.They also helped me with programs that are available to people with no insurance. I can't say enough to stress that Premier Healthcare is a GREAT place with a GREAT staff. Thank you for ALL that you do. You are GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

So happy with the caring attention I received at Premier. I felt so comfortable when I was there and truly felt that the Doctors and Nurses had a vested interest in my health. The people there from admin staff to medical staff really made me feel as though they care and I don't have so much anxiety anymore about seeing a Dr. or Nurse or even getting my blood drawn. Kudo's to that professional! I didn't even feel the needle!!! Highly recommend Premier above others. : )

Not very polite and didn’t listen to my needs. Mostly rude nurses. Also forgot to send my ultrasound script for my anatomy scan when I was told I needed to go get another one. They also made comments on my weight I didn’t think were fair at my first appointment. Reminding me I should ONLY gain 25 pounds when I’m trying my best and haven’t gained more than 10 yet is disheartening. I switched doctors at 24 weeks.
