I Personal go to Priemer in Dade City. And they are great !! But the Zephyrhills Priemer . Rude staff in the front had my appointment at 2:20 didn't get out until 4.

The providers are decent, it’s the admin staff that are incompetent. Referral clerk in particular, the amount of calls and visits to the office I’ve done just to have a provider updated on the referral is unbelievable. Let me be very clear, the fact that the only thing needed is an update of provider information that still has yet to be done and is causing a delay in my daughters care shows the lack of empathy compassion and knowledge this person or team has.

If I could leave no stars I would, but need to put one for the review. Firstly, air scheduled this appointment MONTHS ago. The appt was for 1:20. I show up at 1, waited over an hour to be called back into the room, then from there waited over an hour in the room, lost a whole day at work for this appointment that I ended up having to leave before I even saw the doctor because of how long they made me wait I wouldnt of gotten my son from school on time. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be changing my primary care after this! Never again!

Horrible experience. Made my wife wait over an hour after her SCHEDULED appointment. She even showed up early! Then when she FINALLY got back there. She was in the room for over an hour! For a simple quick appointment. Very unprofessional. Dont schedule people an appointment then make them wait the whole afternoon!

Got Covid shots 1 & 2 in Hudson location. Most organized effort I’ve seen. Had dreaded to go and possibly wait hours. Did not wait at all. Overall this was an excellent experience all around and absolutely nothing like I had anticipated. The workers from directing traffic in and out, all the way to the workers in the “observation room” were very kind and treated everyone with respect, even the old miserable people who complain about everything. 😊
