The people in front are great! The nurse and the doctor need to learn people’s skills. Be more personal. Show empathy and interest on the patient issues I felt like I was in a fast food place. Rush! Rush! No time to learn about the person to be treated. The nurse seems so cold and distant impolite to certain point. There was no positive reinforcement. Too automatic, robotic. I do not judge the doctors skills but I do think he does not show any politeness. He is in and out and no time to clearly explain the patients condition. If I have to recommend this place, I will really think before I do it. Medical professional need and must be caring and compassionate. I did not feel that at this place. So if you would like for your place to be successful, then learn how to be polite, caring, personal, empathetic.
Dr. Ramirez is a very good doctor, would recommend him.
this office is a scam they tell you it is free and than when i arrived they still wanted $ 50 copay once i refused to pay they became very unfriendly and rushed me through the process the nurse is absolutely rude and this reflects of the doctor doctor is not very strong he thought i had a cancerous spot but in fact i hit my head on a door accidently and what was left was a rough spot, very basic to notice
First visit with dr. Ramirez this week. He was thorough and professional. He listened well and created careful notes of his findings
