I waited for 2 hours. They took my payment RIGHT AWAY. Then made me take my sick kid back outside to wait. Said I was next. Took 2 more patients. Turned off all the lights. Closed up. Came out 45 minutes later to tell me they “lost internet” 5 minutes ago, and can’t be seen. Never, ever would I go back. When I got upset, MA said I was unreasonable for being upset since it was out of their hands. I asked for corporate number and was denied. Said maybe next time I can be seen for free, no guarantee though. But that I should ‘mention it’. Garbage. Zero, patient concern.
Very kind and attentive staff. Extremely thorough w testing and made me feel at ease.
Everyone was great! Very friendly! Highly recommend!
Everyone was really nice. Though the woman at the front desk could have done a bit better as making someone who is having trouble walking come inside then go back out is a little cruel
Fast service, workers friendly.
Great staff..in & out !!!!!!
Friendly, professional and helpful staff
Very good experience. Staff was friendly. Wait time was reasonable. Suturing was very good quality, evenly spaced, tight, neat sutures. Would not hesitate to return for any urgent care needs, or recommend to family.
Most of Paperwork can be done online. I had an appointment, I waited 15-20mins. Staff is friendly. Everything was simple and a breeze.
Im without insurance currently and was reluctant to go to any sort of doctor but finally gave in after two weeks of pain. I was told all prices up front and they asked my permission before doing anything that might cost me more. The staff are very polite and I felt very comfortable here. The wait is a bit long but honestly they experience was nicer than at my regular doctors used to be. They also recommended a great local pharmacy that was much faster and cheaper for me than Walgreens.
VA Care provider for eligible veterans! I take my family here and they always listen to us and help us get what we need for our family without a trip to the ER. They have a NP who listens and diagnosiss quickly and you are usually in and out in a hour or so. Handicapped Accessible, very clean. My only issue is the staffing is lacking at peak times. If there is more than two or three people waiting you could be there a LONG time. We came in today and there were at least 7 people a head of us. They had only one person checking people in, one person taking people back doing vitals and one NP seeing patients. UGH. They also dont require people who come in obviously coughing and sneezing to put a mask on which would help with the spread of germs. They have the masks right on the counter and should require this.
I told my husband to go to this urgent care in bayside instead of the one on malabar road Because my first visit was great and he has visit once did not want to come back because of what his daughter had told him about her visit after talking him into revisiting I should of let him go some where else I understand it was buzzy but was disappointed after sitting there for an hour then we were skipped after another patient start complaining he had to go even doe the receptionist said he was just getting blood drown we still got skip Im not sure I will revisit but I thought this was really nice to have one in bayside waist my time should of went to ER
On July 4th 2016 which was a Friday and in the afternoon I needed some medical attention, because it was too late to drive up to the V A Out Patent Clinic in Viera I went to Restore Health Urgent Care clinic near my home. Before receiving any assistance I explained that I was receiving my medical through the V A and they would make payment for the services delivered to me. I was informed by R H U C that they had no relationship with the V A but could received payment through other Gov. services. Six months later I received a notice from them requesting payment. I called a number that came with the notice and was on hold for ever so I called back and left a message. About ten days later I received a call back but was at the gym and had nothing to reference so I was told just to all back later, she would not call me back later that afternoon. I tried calling several times and could not get through. Another ten days went by when I received a call from Lab Core the company who did the lab work from my visit to Restore Health Urgent Care and she works out of South or North Dakota and I explained I had received copies of everything and sent them to the V A out services for payment. The two days later I received a collection notice from a a division of Lab Core.I need to state that the care I received from Restore Health Urgent Care was satisfactory, however there seems to be a lack of communication between the two service providers. I now would just go to the emergency ward a the local hospital and not put up with this lack of follow up from the providers. Over all my experience was poor. ..
