All three of my children were dismissed from the practice due to me requesting no laughing gas be given to my children. They refused to do treatment or even attempt it without the gas. No call was made to discuss the situation. Just got a letter in the mail explaining they will no longer be seeing my children due to lack of cooperation with policies and procedures. Completely appalled that I am required to give my children who have medical complications a sedative for them to be able to have work done this is completely unacceptable. They have never had any issues with a dentist!My daughter had a orientation for braces as well coming up. Glad they showed their true colors before I gave them any more money!Please please please be aware that they will not honor your wishes or even attempt to reach out to resolve an iissue...cause they care so much about the dental health of my children and all....what a joke!

My son has been with this office for 6 years!!! And we recommend Mrs. Robin, she is the best!!We are going to miss her but they have a new member in their staff, his name is "DeAndre Johnson"!!When we came in summer 2021, he said to us!"There is a 3 years old boy with out his parents outside and no parents come in with them and when do you let your son be independent!?" I say what!?And plus a really bad huge actitud like he was the owner of the office!!Today we decided to change office for better experiences!!WE ARE NOT COMING BACK TO THIS ONE!!No thanks!!

New to the area and was looking for a pediatric dentist for my 6 year old. Everyone there was so sweet and helpful! My child was very happy after the visit. Definitely recommend!

I’ma keep it straight… the pain I’m having is unbearable. Not to mention they aren’t clear what to do post op, they just kinda say a few things and bye! Out the door we go. Now I ain’t no dentist but to say I could eat whatever I want after having four wisdom teeth removed seems kinda…😟😟 all in all, I regret reinstating my surgery cause…..

I love Children's Dental but on this last visit not so much. My son needs to get some permanent teeth extracted and after my orthodontist sent a referral to get permanent teeth removed we went in yesterday for a consult. Appt lasted an hour and when I went to schedule his extraction I was told that he needs another consult because the dentist he was scheduled with didn't extract permanent teeth... what? So now we have to wait till Feb for another consult. Same building, same company but apparently no one shares info so I will be charged for 2 consults, not to mention wasted time since I have to leave work to get to these appointments. Not a happy camper. No apologies for wasted just, "it's a process to get you to the right person", more like a process to double charge insurance.

Front office is terrible at explaining anything and everything. It was not explained that parents couldn't go into the "general area" for "privacy reason". We didn't find out till after 30 minutes past his appointment time this was the policy. We left without being seen.
