Had a short wait past appt time but once we went back everything went quickly. Was very impressed with everyone . My step father wanted new dentures and they explained they could make them but he still would have the same fit due to bone loss and at his age (87) would be wasting his money . I appreciate the honesty as opposed to just taking his money and doing it anyway ..

Everyone could not be nicer from Danielle at front desk, Heather, Kellie and Dr. Cotton were all professional and patient in waiting for prior dental records. They are awaiting the state-of-the-art Intra Oral Camera as that was one of our criteria for picking dentist.

They are bunch of thief! Don't go to them and do not trust their advertisers that they have free consultation, because they will charge you again and again. If they realize that you don't want to get treatment they start to send bills and the won't answer your questions. After they've canceled my appointments finally I've disappointed and found another dentist but they started to send fake bill. They don't answer my questions too. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Had some work done at Coast Dental, Acworth GA in Aug 2021 and paid all $$$ requested upfront. In May of 2022 received a surprise bill for almost $1000.00. Numerous calls to inquire what this bill was for went unanswered. The only way to get through to a real person is to pretend you are a new patient requesting an appointment. My insurance company tried to call on several occasions and could never get through. They suggested I go in person to discuss, and when I did I found their front door padlocked from the outside!!! I paid a percentage of the bill to keep it current while I was trying to get an answer from someone and their response was to send me to a collection agency! Do not use this office!!!! The staff and billing practices are completely unethical.

Awesome awesome is all I can say. Great bunch of folks. That was then, this is as of 4-20-2021. I went and had my teeth cleaned, I thought! It turned out that they didn’t want to clean but to pull 8 teeth and do more dental work. They said that my teeth were in bad shape. The cleaning was covered 100% by dental insurance, but they keep billing me 10.00. I keep refusing to pay. Oh the first visit was workers Comp related. Stay away from these people, they will lure you in and try to hook you. Get a second opinion, I did and I still have my teeth they wanted to pull.
