Easy checkin minimum wait time before seeing the doctor. Very thorough professional staff.

The dr staff are great. The lack of communication between the office and surgery center is lacking telling a nervous patient to be there at 615 then the doors do not open till 645 was the first mistake. Secondly you can have visitors in hospitals WHY are they not allowing your driver to be in office with the patient?? giving instructions to a nervous sedated man… they retain NOTHING of what is being told to them. I work in the medical field and am very disappointed they do not have a responsible party in with the patient at least until they go back for procedures.

The visit was professional and the staff was friendly and explained everything in detail so to understand. They listened to my questions and concerns with care and respect. Also they were on time and my visit was done in a shorter period of time than I expected.

Dr. Sappati explains things so that his patients can understand which we greatly appreciate The staff is friendly helpfull and professional.The only thing my husband and I didnt like was that he kept pushing us to get the covid19 vaccination. My husband and I understand that we are high risk and that it is highly recommended that we get it. But once we said that we werent going to get it the subject should have been dropped. We shouldnt have to defend ourselves for our already researched and informed decision. This is the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars.

I had an appointment and it went great. My appoint was on time. The Dr was fast and efficient. I got exactly what I needed. The office was clean and COVID compliant. I was very satisfied.

From the moment I walked in the customer service was on point. The receptionists are very friendly. I was called back to see the doctor promptly with barely any wait time. The nurse Rima Im not sure of the spelling was very nice and sweet. She gave me tips on how to make sure I drink enough water and some high fiber foods to get from Aldi. Dr. Sappati was very friendly as well and extremely thorough. He asked me many questions and listened well. He did not seem in a rush and scheduled some tests for me so we can get to the bottom of my problem as well as making sure I understood how they worked. He also prescribed some medication and I was given samples. Before leaving he made sure I didnt have any further questions. I definitely would recommend Dr. Sappati to anyone suffering from gastro issues. Thank you so much
