Very professional! Explains everything thoroughly, super clean and i highly recommend.
Dr Dhaliwal and his staff are very professional. I feel the doctor listened to my concern and prescribed the proper regimen to get my health back on track. I am confident that Hillside Family Medicine is the right practice for my primary care.
Dr. Dhaliwal was very nice and took the time to go over all my meds with me. This was just a new patient visit so there were no concerns to discuss at this time.
My husband went to this office for the first time on 11/25/23. We moved to Georgia and wanted to establish a reliable family doctor. He has asthma so we were glad when we got in so quickly. During the visit the doctor explained to my husband that he has asthma because “he hasn’t been caring for it properly” and he could have been “cured” by now. My husband has been hospitalized on multiple occasions due to his asthma we’ve tried a lot of different things and honestly as he gets older it’s been getting better but still concern enough that he needs an inhaler. The doctor then explained he can almost guarantee “that your asthma is actually getting worse with age” My husband explained that was not the case and he wasn’t comfortable trying new medicines since he knew what worked and like I said it wasn’t as bad as when he was a child. The doctor still proceeded to list off medications that he recommended including ear drops which I’m not sure what that has to do with asthma. He was able to get the inhaler and in March when he needed a refill it was denied. I called and the front desk worker said he would need to come in “but your insurance won’t cover it because it hasn’t been a year” with a little back and forth they refilled his inhaler. Now as of 11/06/24 still not hitting that year mark I would’ve liked to schedule his appointment a day after 11/25/24 so insurance would cover it and asked if the inhaler can be refilled in the meantime. I was told no and that he would be required to come in every 6 months in order to get an inhaler. I have never had a doctor refuse an inhaler refill. And the way he barely listened to my husbands concerns during the visit itself and kept throwing “I bet this is how you feel and this is why” around we definitely won’t be back. The front desk people were nice and understanding but the doctor himself .. I believe dhaliwal.. is why we will not be coming back.
Dr. Dhaliwal was thorough and explained everything clearly. I left feeling that I had someone invested in my health.
Very detailed and attentive. Provided short term and long term solutions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
