The care providers at this clinic are fantastic. They are thoughtful and thorough in their treatment analysis and do a wonderful job explaining recommended treatment plans and medications. Service is prompt and I’ve never experienced any insurance billing issues.

I went here to get a prednisone Rx for a minor skin irritation/allergic reaction. They took my temp and blood pressure and wrote a script in about 5 minutes. I had brought the wrong insurance card and was just going to pay with my HSA debit for the out of pocket amount and was told it was $88, but I should go ahead and get them the new card info online because there would definitely be no cost for me with that and it would save me the $88. After about 20 minutes of effort and ultimately paying the walgreens photo lab to print a copy of my card, my insurance was ran and the exam occured. I got my script and went about my business. About 2 weeks later, I received a bill. They had billed my insurance company $370 for this visit, and my total due was $182!!! $370 to check my temperature with a laser and check my blood pressure!!! When I called customer service I was told there was nothing I could do and I just have to pay the DOUBLE amount left over from the 5x higher amount and "learn my lesson for next time". I assure you my lesson learned is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Slow service. Provider spent over 90 min in the room chatting with a friend. Not a patient. You could hear them laughing. A girl started talking to me who had been sitting around for an hour before I got there who said this lady had cut in front of her. No accountability. A basic list of last names should be on the board so you know where you stand in line. Terrible service. We will never come back and won’t recommend to anyone !!

The doctors are fine here, I had no issues with my service. What I had problems with is a year ago in May, I went to this clinic with valid Blue Cross insurance to receive a quick Strep test and later found out in OCTOBER that they did not have proper credentials filled with the insurance company. They started to try and bill me and I have been fighting since with them. Myself and many of my neighbors are included in this fight that went to this office last May all the way to July. They are a scam! Now they supposely have their credentials fixed and they accept insurance but I will never go back to find out!

I had a lot of pain and went as a walk in on Sunday early afternoon and tried to use the kiosk to check in. The kiosk wouldn't let me check in and said "see the receptionist" but there is no receptionist.I waited a few minutes to see if anyone would come out but since I was in pain I knocked on the door with the "unoccupied" indication. The doctor opened the door and told me to use the phone on the counter for help because she was with a patient.I picked up the phone on the counter and was told that there was no more availability for this location today. I asked about other locations and she started to tell me to go out to a website to find another appointment. I had been on the website earlier in the day to find this location and I could only check availability for each location one at a time. Being in pain, I wanted help quickly. I chose to leave and go to Acworth Urgent Care instead, where I got great service quickly.This could have been avoided if the website or check in computer said there was no availability for appointments or walk ins or if the person on the phone could have looked up availability at any other location nearby. I feel very let down on the customer service side and will avoid going here in the future.
