Our first experience and it was great! It’s not easy to find an urgent care with same day time slots to check in before you arrive. The check in online was easy and fast! We were in and out within about an hour which isn’t bad for an urgent care. Would definitely recommend based on our first experience.

Don’t waste your time and save your money, I wouldn’t even go here if I had a minor coke. Took my little boy there last night, because I was told they could take an X-ray of his foot, which I believed was broken. We were offered an ice pack upon arrival and told we’d be taken back shortly, which we did (I did registration before I got there). MA/Nurse took imaging, it was sent to their radiologist, but they also had a nurse practitioner on staff (who needs to work on her people skills by the way). She comes into the room with her own diagnosis, before radiology even reads the imaging, and says it’s nothing. Essentially, she recommended we go to the ER because their equipment is more advanced and the staff more knowledgeable albeit. I requested the X-rays be printed and she refused, saying it couldn’t be printed, because she never done, but I’ve had my sons orthopedic print them out a few times (her first answer was because radiology hadn’t read it, which I replied, so you really don’t know if his foot is broken). Anyway, she ended up loading the images on a disc and I went on my way. Went to the pediatric ER the next morning… it’s fractured. Put a freaking doctor in the place for Gods Sake of at least find a nurse practitioner that didn’t graduate from night school 40 years ago! Very upset!
