Quantum Radiology's Online Review Report Card

Had a bilateral xray done in 1Q-2021. The radiologist made a laterality error on my medical record. Trying to get this error corrected is near impossible. Sad, because these types of errors are how hospitals and their doctors become a liability down the line in the care of their patients. Also, this is why the cost of care is so expensive. When you attempt to contact WellStar Imaging Center at Acworth Health Park through their online website (Epic-MyChart) or on the phone, you're given a run-around with no one wanting to take ownership of the error made by one of their doctors. They will take your money for services rendered regardless if said services were made with errors. Check your medical records for accuracy. The facility is clean...however secondary, to the quality, efficiency, and accuracy of their patient care.

I like the Wellstar Health Care. It really does provide the world class healthcare that is integrated and patient centered. I feel like a VIP. Nurse and technicians are courteous and kind. Even though I work for this hospital, so I enjoy going around to other branches to see if the world class is consistent. So not just praising it for no reason, I am not getting paid to put this review. I can genuinely say this place is a go to place to get well.

The outpatient lab is fast, clean, and the staff is great! I’ve also had many positive experiences with the Urgent Care department and the imaging facility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This center is clean, the staff is kind and understanding. My experience was great!  The appointment happened on time and I was quickly back on my way.

Pleasant Experience - very calming environment.

From registration till the time I was send, the flow and staff were phenomenal. The technician explained everything thoroughly and was nice throughout the screening.

From the initial check-in, to registration, and to the mammography, the staff were friendly, professional, and quick.  I had a 7:50 AM appointment, and I was out of there by no later than 8:10, but never felt rushed.   The facility is nicely decorated and well maintained.

If you have someone who needs extra attention and care during their procedure this is the place to go. My handicap husband had so much anxiety about his visit, the women were so caring and loving...they were so compassionate. It was very nice to have such a nice team to work with today.

Awesome people. I have never had to wait here. I got here 20 min early and I was done and out before my appointment was even scheduled! Good job Wellstar Imaging!!
