I had 2 hip surgeries this year with 2 Dr Stephen Kim. He is a great surgeon and I feel so blessed that I found him. My surgeries were 3 months apart from each other and the surgeries changed my life so much for the better. I was unable to walk and bedridden for months until I had the surgeries that even though theyre major surgeries youll feel better very shortly and recovered in a couple of months. Dr. KIM replaced both if my hips within one year. He gave me my life back that I wss used too. I have been painfree and without complications with full range if movement. He listens to your needs takes his time snd truly cares. His careteam goes with the same motto. Never was a question unanswered. The 4 hour pre op class to help me get prepared was most helpful and since I had my 2nd hip replacement within a year I retained everything. The aftercare was as smooth as the preparation. I am 53 years old had hip replacement surgery December 17 2020. In 2 days walking with no help with a cane or walker. Used none of the pain meds. prescribed to me. Went to work 2 weeks later. Five months after surgery things are great. Dr. Kim is awesome.

Dr Kim resurfaced my hip 6 weeks ago. Walking with NO pain. Extremely happy with how everything turned out. Dr Kim is very professional and explained everything in great detail. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kim did a horrible job and brought me to tears several times by not hearing me out with my concerns. I ended up getting the opinion of many more doctors all of which agreed that he did a... shall we say inadequate job to be politically correct? I ended up getting the revision but since he compromised all of my soft tissue the instability can likely never be fixed without a hinged joint which I didnt want in the first place. I wish I had done more research and read more honest reviews. I want to be mature about this but I just cant believe i put my mobility and therefore quality of life in his hands. smh

I recently had a knee replacement and Dr Stephen Kim did an excellent job preparing me for the surgery completing the surgery and post surgery. I highly recommend him.

His diagnose was a surprise and it all made sense in retrospect. In the end he referred me to another specialist.

Dr. Kim performed total knee replacement surgery on my right knee in February 2019. He is an excellent surgeon and very personable. My new knee is recovering very well and my scar from the incision is already barely noticeable. I did research on several joint replacement surgeons and also had several people in the medical field recommend Dr. Kim. A friend also said her Physical Therapist had done extensive research on Dr. Kim had her hip replaced by him. Dr. Kim has an excellent reputation I will be using him again if my other knee needs to be replaced.
