List of Thomas M. Mcquail's Reviews
Had shoulder surgery with Dr. McQuail last week. What a super guy My shoulder is already much better. Just need to continue my physical therapy. Thank you Dr. McQuail
Had one TKR in 2015 followed by another TKR in 2017 both procedures done by Dr. McQuail. He is a super surgeon that I would highly recommend Great guy listens to the patients concerns. Excellent bedside manner and good knowledge of each patient and any issues. His assistant Ashley is also a great asset and very responsible with followup for the patient.
He did knee surgery on me years ago and it took all my pain away. I had 2 knee surgeries prior with no relief but he ended the pain when he did surgery on me. I would highly recommend him
Saw him 2x due to an acute knee injury. Before seeing him I saw another doc who drained the knee and told me I had minimal arthritis. McQuail told me I had severe arthritis. Arthritis doesnt occur acutely I mean instantly. I went back and this time wo any tests he told me I had scolioses. Have had surgeries on my back many times many Xrays . There is no way I have scolioses. My charge for the two visits was over $200.00.
He was wonderful to deal with before surgery. The surgery went great. After surgery he became negative and didnt listen to me. Everything Ive done post surgery has been wrong. He was right I was wrong too bad.My last two appointments have been late and very hurried. The front desk staff is very unfriendly . Worst of all are the staff at the checkout desk. I feel like they are trying to pry every dollar out of me that they can. Very unfriendly and even rude. I have a followup appointment but wont go back.
The best doctor I have ever had. Doc rebuilt my ankle after basketball injury at 46 years old in 2012. Ran a half marathon 6 months after pins plate and screws. Just recently has two meniscus tears repaired. Dr McQusil is an excellent doctor and a great person. I would not think of allowing another doctor to handle my sports injuries or any other related issues. Dr. McQusil is the best.
Dr. McQuail did hip replacement on my left hip. I trust him and have been very pleased since my surgery. He is very kind and caring. I would recommend him to anyone.
Awesome dr very smart as well as the staff
I would highly recommend Dr. McQuail. He has seen several members of my family and we all found him to be caring friendly and professional. He always takes whatever time is needed and thoroughly explains things. Most importantly he LISTENS. I would not hesitate to have Dr. McQuail operate on me or a family member.
Very unpleasant experience. Dr. McQuail had no bedside manner and even seemed irritated at having to do an exam. When I asked him to repeat the name of the diagnosis he replied Ill write it down rather than just repeat it. Very condescending very little explanation of diagnosis and treatment. Even the PA offered little personality or warmth. Every bit of information I got I had to seek out myself. Ive been to this office several times and the overall experience is very unfriendly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
