List of Trinity Hospice Care Of Georgia's Reviews
Trinity Hospice helped us through one of the hardest chapters of our lives. The staff was dedicated, extremely responsive, and always in constant communication with our family. The compassion, dignity, and respect they had for our mom, as well as, our family was beyond measure. Thank you for being the light, helping us navigate our darkest road. We are forever grateful. Karen & Barbara Walker
Trinity helped my father during his last few months of life with dementia. They are so caring and loving and very communicative. It has been a stressful and sad journey and I couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Everyone at Trinity Hospice We're very caring & helpful. I knew my dad was in the best hands.
I work closely with this company at my community and they are the absolute best hospice! So responsive and all of our referrals absolutely love them. Always my first choice for my residents. Thank you so much to Lauren & nurse Deb ❤️
I can never express how wonderful this group is to work with. I did look at several different agencies and they all felt "off", like it is more about getting the medicare money than the actual patient. I particularly want the thank the entire Acworth team - and especially acknowledge Jenn, Jackie, and Nica. I am getting teared up just writing this. The sweet, sweet care they took of my husband, while being so kind and supportive of me through this difficult time. My husband had a rare and horrible neurological disease, but the team drew on so many of their skill sets to give him the best care imaginable. I am glad the battle is over for him, but in many ways miss working with this great team. I also want to point out that Trinity offers support through the grieving process and talking with Peter has given me more comfort and strength than i could ever describe.
As many other reviewers have said Trinity is incredible. This is my first experience with hospice personally but compared to stories I have heard it seems like Trinity is several steps above the rest. We required services for my mother-in-law who had ALS and the disease progressed very quickly, I was her primary caregiver. By the time she agreed to hospice we were well past needing them and Trinity made it a point to get here immediately. Jennifer and Jackie were our main medical contacts and were so knowledgeable and kind. The way things progressed I was calling them daily, sometimes multiple times a day, for dosage and medicine changes and they were always prompt and supportive. Shelley also provided emotional support and came by and visited as well. She also helped us get various administrative things we needed from Trinity to be able to get full time nursing set up with a provider. As with most people who are dealing with hospice it is an impossible time for everyone involved. I truly don’t believe anyone could have made these impossible things easier than the team at Trinity did.
I highly recommend Trinity Hospice Care of Georgia. They took such good care of our Mother for over a year, and then even better care at the end of her life this past June. This Hospice group is very caring, empathetic, knowledgeable and very communicative. They were there for me and my family every step of the way. My Mom’s Nurse Michael was especially wonderful to work with and he and my Mom had a special bond. She would perk up every time she saw him. Other wonderful Trinity employees were Shelley their Social Worker, Chris and Julie, Audrey, Jenn, Lauren and really the whole team. We feel truly blessed to have had such wonderful care for our Mother. My Brother, Sister and I could not have been happier with their service and care. 5 stars all the way!
Where to begin? I honestly never thought I would be writing a review for a home hospice care company but I want anyone searching to know they have found the best in Trinity. If you are seeking home hospice care during this very difficult time in your and your family’s life, it’s so important to know who will be a true blessing during such a difficult time. In June, my family was told it was time to make the difficult decision of placing my dad in hospice care. We had very little time to make a decision as his condition was worsening daily. For us, we were blessed that we could choose in-home hospice. However, we weren’t sure which company to go with. Thankfully, we received a referral from a trusted family friend who works in a related field and has witnessed the way Trinity does what they do through the years. He told us they are the best and we found that to be true. From the moment I spoke with Taylor when I called to learn more…to the enormous amount of time, patience and compassion shown to me by Teresa, as she listened intently to every concern and answered every question I had for her in detail, and there were a lot. Each person we encountered through Trinity continued to amaze my family as they quelled our fears by smoothly and gently guiding us on our journey through this unfamiliar world of hospice. Our nurse, Erik, was equally as compassionate. Anytime I expressed a concern or made a request in an attempt to ease the pain and burden living had become for my dad, Erik acted swiftly and with great care. Additionally, it pleased us very much that Trinity is a veteran-owned business. It showed in the efficiency and speed with which urgent needs were met. I’d like to mention both of the on-call nurses who stayed on the line with me for long stretches as I attempted to help my father through his struggles during the most difficult hours in the middle of the night, Tammy and Cheryl…and finally, the care Ryann took with my dad at the end. My mom also appreciated the visit from the social worker and chaplain who had visited to check on her well-being during this difficult time. Even the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) company that works alongside Trinity was terrific. Their staff (especially the stand out, Eric) were incredibly respectful, polite and helpful (and incredibly responsive). I am simply writing this review for whoever is reading this and needs reassurance while you seek out a home hospice care option for your loved one. May God bless the entire Trinity team as they continue to serve others in this humbling work of helping people transition through this stage of life with such care and dignity.
I can’t say enough nice things about this Hospice group!! . My mom and I praise God for the wonderful care they have given my dad who just moved into The Fountains in Calhoun.. The individualized care and attention to personal preferences has far exceeded my expectations. I am a healthcare professional, so my standards are very high, but they have exceeded them with her excellent nursing care. The communication with me has been excellent. The Chaplain brings my dad communion every week knowing this is important to him .He even sing songs out of dad’s hymnal. The CNA pampers my dad with kindness. EVERY Member of the Trinity staff I have interacted with has exemplified true human compassion. The way health care used to be! Trinity has made the difficult transition to memory care so much easier for my dad, which has blessed my mom and I enormously!!
The team of Chris, Shawna,Areanna, Arecilli, and Yolanda was simply amazing with my step-dad and mother during a very difficult time. They all went above and beyond the call of duty. Their caring, patience and professionalism goes way above anyone else . If you want your loved ones treated with dignity, respect and love Trinity is your company.
