We took my 8 year old in because she fell off her scooter and was complaining that her wrist hurt. The staff was so nice and really took great care of her. It made a harrowing experience (she broke her arm) a bit less scary. The x-ray tech and the nurse that put on her splint were beyond wonderful.

This facility is clean, the staff are kind and caring and they are efficient with their time. We love this Urgent Care.

Urgent care was very busy. We waited two hours to be seen, but my son needed to see a dr. Everyone took the time to make us feel important and heard. The doctor didn’t order unnecessary tests, but he did ask me if I felt comfortable with this decision. My son had bronchitis, and he loved how everyone made him feel heard. This will be our go to urgent care even on days the way is long!

Even with an appt I had to wait over an hour . Others walked in with no appt but they were called right away smh

Acworth Health Park Urgent Care is always my top recommendation for urgent medicine. They employ a full team of doctors and clinical nurses that I've found to be top-notch over the years, giving me the most accurate diagnoses. They spend the time to listen to me and are always very professional. This urgent care also has imaging services and a lab, so any tests required can be taken care of while you're there. The check-in staff are always friendly and efficient, and the waiting area is pleasant.

Arrived at 7:50am waited an hour just to be called and handed paperwork to fill out and to pay for visit. Waited another hour and a half just for my nephew to be seen for 5 mins and be given a script and sent away. 5 mins cost me $175, sounds like highway robbery to me.
