I have been going to Dr. Valencia for some time, hoping for improvement. Bottom line - he does NOT listen. It is clear about 30 seconds in to an appointment he is finished with you. He like to order lots of tests - most unneeded. Calling the office - what a nightmare. The machines are in charge. If you do get through, the receptionist is kind and helpful. And the wait time -unacceptably long.

Dr Valencia and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable they get to know patients on a personal level as well as professional I would highly recommend this Dr.

Dr. Valencia is by far the greatest, but he must do some upgrading with some of receptionist bc they act as they are working a call center where No one cares. You call and they transfer you to a nurse's voicemail where no one calls you back and I'm just fed up and is forced to find another doctor. & to be told FYI (for your info) you can call bk and check is no way to address me who don't mind addressing you or the situation civilized.

Dr Valencia and his staff have always been very courteous, and willing to answer any questions, follow up with any questions, and carefully explain all procedures, medications, testing, etc to complete satisfaction. Dr. Valencia has a pleasant, positive manner and creates the feeling that your health care is truly important to him...that you are not "just another patient" to push through the door. This is rare today among medical practitioners. We appreciate the care our family receives from this fine professional.
