List of William Hancock's Reviews
Couldn't ask for a better doctor and staff. They treat you like family.
Very happy with Dr. Hancock. Found my problem when no one else could.
The staff are very nice/courteous and professional. They were on schedule with the appointment. Dr. Hancock was great. He was detailed and didn't rush through the session to get to the next patient. He is very experienced and seems very skilled and knowledgeable.
The best MD ever for my heart Thank you Dr. Hancock!!!
I have been going to Dr. Hancock for a long time. I have always been treated with respect. Dr. Hancock can be blunt, he jokes a lot. But I am still here after several years be treated by him.
I don't get the bad reviews. I have never waited and have had nothing but great care from Dr. Hancock and his staff. Some people need to realize that cardiologists are often on call for emergencies and an appointment might get bumped now and then. That's life... literally for someone else possibly.
I called to see if he was on time and still had to wait 4 hours with an 88 yr old patient.
He is hateful and his office staff is terrible. The wrong heart medicine called in and then tried to lay blame on pt. We waited 3 hrs to be seen
The wait time ia anywhere from 3-5 hours and when you go to front desk the help is very rude and nurse is very hateful.
Wonderful staff and Dr. Hancock is delightful. There was a long wait time, but I understand that emergencies can happen. I'm just glad that I wasn't the one that needed emergency treatment!+

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
