Dr. Hammond has been wonderful with all three of my children. My teenaged kids love to go to her because she's understanding but also includes them in the appointment (doesn't talk down to them as if they're kids), and my youngest loves her because she lets him play with her stethoscope, which makes him feel like he's in charge of the appointment. :) I've found her office staff to be very helpful and able to get us in quickly if its an emergency.

I absolutely love Dr.Patton. She is very thorough with my kids and she takes her time to listen to my concerns and reassures me. She is awesome from the day my baby was born.

I got countless recommendations to see Dr. Hammond so I was initially excited that I was able to get my daughter in her office. Unfortunately her front desk staff have made it an unbearable experience even calling the office and I am now switching doctors for my little one a month before her 1 year birthday. I have had to speak with a manager and file formal complaints on 2 occasions for phone conversations with the front desk where the woman was unprofessional, judgmental, and multiple times refused to allow me to speak to any other employee. Parents should not be made to feel the way this woman was treating me for making a simple appointment, I was shocked and will never step foot in that office again. I was told accommodations could be made when I call or come into the office but I should not need a special phone number to get my child care because your employee refuses to behave professionally. Not to mention my child has had over 5 appointments and only seen the her actual doctor 2 of those times… very disappointed, that front desk woman should not be working with the public and I know I’m not the first person who has been treated this way.

Dr Amy patton has been amazing to my son. On the other hand the front desk scheduling team has not been to me. First they reached out to reschedule my sons appointment due to dr patton being out of town. That was fine and I accepted. Then they reached out AGAIN to change the time of the appointment. As a mother I get anxiety having to bring my son to appointments especially ones he is going to get shots at. Today I thought the appointment was at 2:00 instead of 1:30 I couldn’t keep track at this point because his appointment had been rescheduled THREE TIMES. I said this to the front desk when I arrived & apologized for being late to an appointment I thought I was on time for. & instead of trying to accommodate me for my time she rescheduled me again for tomorrow. So now on top of my son not being able to see his provider, I have to go all the way back to the office another day and time because they couldn’t schedule me correctly with his doctor in the first place. I thought for being a pediatrician office they would understand how stressful it can be caring for a little one as a new mom & that obviously isn’t the case.

She is the pediatrician for the twins and I LOVE her!! Fantastic doctor, very understanding and kind. 10/10 for sure.
