I was a little nervous about my child's upcoming appointment, due to reading some of the reviews, so I called. The receptionist was very professional and helped me SO much! I don't know if I can post her name, due to confidentiality, but I truly appreciate her! We had to cancel our appointment due to this dentist possibly being out of our network, but my experience was very positive! She went over and beyond to help me avoid a blank trip and gave suggestions. I give five stars! Thank you for your help this morning! :)

Been going here for a number of years. If you really need help this office is clean, understanding, and does a fabulous job. The Its under the Albany Primary Care Network, which we all know has a horrible reputation. Dont let APC keep you from coming here. This is a great office! The ladies in the dental area are so friendly and sweet. Dr. A is such a great lady, and she does such great work and offers payment plans to help you keep your smile.

Per the reviews i read just before my dental appointment for me and my son i was contemplating canceling my appointment. But I’m glad i didn’t they were nothing like the reviews claimed to be at all . Only thing i didn’t understand was per covid guidelines i wasn’t allowed to sit in with my son but when it was my turn he was allowed to sit in the room with me . Other than that they were nice and informative and my teeth feel great and they were AWESOME with my son !

The absolute worst dentistry myself and family members been to. This place needs to be shut down immediately and replaced with staff members with the proper degrees/education in dentistry. Cavities fillings are one of the most basic and most needed dental procedures in dentistry, yet the staff at Glover is so incompetent in performing BASIC cavity fillings that I had to go elsewhere. I'm glad I caught it within 2 months or else I would have suffered tooth loss. Went to Longleaf and they had to re-do EVERYTHING Glover dental so called performed. Glover IS NOT WORTH 1 star. I honestly do not understand how this place became a primary care

Bad service 😒they don't even open up on time to see patients that had a appointments in the early morning at 7:30. Who does that ! Open up late when you got people had appointments 7:30.geez! And then had a attitude! Don't like your job as a front desk nurse or help find a job that happy for you. Why can't it be happy pleasant smile.

Called to ask questions and possibly book. Hung up on receptionist after first questions. No customer service, very rude. I will not be visiting!

I've Been Calling This Dentist Office All Morning Since They've Open And I Have Yet To Talk To Anyone....Thats Not A Good Look And They Most Definitely Won't Be Getting Of My Business

The receptionist didn’t greet me while I entered the building. I waited about an hour before they called my name. Get in the back and the dental assistant or whoever she was had an attitude while taking X Rays because I have a mandulibar tori, which is extra bone growth in the mouth, and it hurts when they performed the bitewing X Ray. They examined my mouth and said I needed a treatment plan because I needed six procedures done. I didn’t get a cleaning even though my insurance covers it. They seem shady so I’m going to another dentist.
