I today witnessed the most disgusting thing ever. There was a new staff member at the front desk trying to help out and when asked for helped the woman over the crew snapped @ her . I felt so bad for her I HAD TO WALK OUT THE OFFICE . The woman seems to be in her early 40s and i has some type of power because the girl walked out with no returns. IF the practice does not treat staff right what is to say about the patients . SMH PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE SHORTY WAS ONLY TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING AND THE WAY THEY TREATED HER WAS UNACCEPTABLE.

I've been going here since February and I've had the best experiences. All the Dr's and nurses and staff are very nice do far. I was reluctant to go because of the bad reviews but decided to go see for myself. Glad I did. I would recommend my friends to go see the Dr's here.

Please be advised that if you have a bladder infection, UTI, or kidney infection, there is no sense of urgency to provide you the results...Speciman collected on a Wednesday and here it is Friday and no results....Multiple calls to the nurse and no call back...Continuity of care is not of importance...What is the purpose of the "LAB"...

I usually don't get bad vibes from here. But the last couple of visits I've had..it seemed the place remodeled and now it seems everything is super rushed and not in a good way. I had a personal situation that I explained to my doctor and I wanted her to check that out. I don't know if it's because I'm a guy or because it's their policy..but a nurse and the understudy fella came in. I get certain stuff can make someone feel uncomfortable. But for me that's embarrassing. Why tell me to make an appointment for something I had an insecurity about if you weren't comfortable examing me alone. For someone with PTSD that was not a good experience.

My wife goes here and I think this is the worst doctor's office I ever seen. I would not ever recommend this doctor to anyone.

Has the number changed because every time i call there im always holding for someone to answer...as of now im on hold and typing a review this is ridiculous!

Great facility...In-House pharmacy. Dr. Hotz is the absolute best!!!! Friendly staff!!! It is a staple of the community!!!

Unprofessional and rude wouldn't take my pet there to see a doctor.

I work for a health care insurance company. I call often to make appointments for the members. I decided to write a review while on hold waiting for the scheduling department to pick up to make a simple well check for a member. I have been on hold now for 30 mins. The scheduling department has picked up the phone twice to hang up for me to call back which I have done a total of 4 times with the last two times they pick up to put me back on hold it is now 4:34 pm and I called at 4pm. I believe this is an attempt to not answer the phone until 5pm at that time the phone will be reverted to the answering service. Honestly if it was my choice I would inform the member to find another doctor. Which I have found for her in hopes that she take the advise and go elsewhere for treatment.East Albany Medical Staff you all most do better by the people that pays your check. Regardless if it government assistance or private insurance. Members still have choices to go other places. By the way the member that was setting the appointment had private insurance.....City of Albany Residence google what doctor you are needing be it primary care physician/ obgyn/ peditrician with you insurance name for the Albany ga. Found you a Physician and Physician's Staff that cares about you and your family health. they just answer at 4:45pm calling from my cell phone. Shame East Albany Shame.
