List of Melinda Greenfield's Reviews
Dr. Greenfield and her staff are always attentive and professional. I have been seeing Dr. Greenfield for almost 4 years and would not go anywhere else. She is so knowledgeable and thorough. In addition, she has great bedside manner and wonderful smile.
My first visit and everything was great. The ease of making an appointment, completing required information via iPad, short wait, friendly and helpful staff and Dr. Greenfield was super thorough, friendly and spent time going over everything and allowing time for any questions I had.
Helped me and very knowledgeable in all things skin
ASSOCIATE, "CC" IS VERY HELPFUL.
Courteous and thorough medical service! All staff members were very friendly and accommodating
Dr. Greenfield is horrible! I went to this awful place a few years back. Dr. Greenfield came in never once touched me. So I asked her if she was going to exam me. Then she pretended to swab my scalp for testing. I watched her throw the swab away. I was very humiliated.! I will never go back to her. Nor will I ever refer her to anyone!
Thrilled my skin tags were removed during annual skin exam.
The doctor barely spoke to me. She froze one place off my back that was bleeding with absolutely no care instructions. I complained that there were several places under my bra that bleed & get irritated…no response from her & nothing was done or suggested. I needed A prescription that I had before, she mentioned it but I was not given anything.
I saw Dr. Greenberg for my annual…I asked her to freeze a mark on my cheek; and she did… after two weeks, nothing happened … I called the office numerous times, left messages and no one called me back … when I finally got someone to ask the doctor what to do, she said I can come back and freeze it again, but would charge a copay… not ideal, since first time didn’t work….would not recommend that doctor and that office …
The only possible criticism concerns whether or not Traditional Medicare covers the expensive but amazing Blue Light proactive skin cancer treatment. An office insurance person should pre-check with the codes I was provided, not me. This is first time I’ve been asked to call Medicare on my own and provide them with the codes to be sure how much or whether they will pay etc. Otherwise, the doctor, office personnel and location are perfect.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
