These ppl are so unorganized and unprofessional I never seen a dr office tell u they can’t see wen ur in serious pain and it’s 2 providers and 4 patients and I was there early this morning n them folks denied seeing me and I been in serious pain for 2 days the worst dr I ever been to never again

I hate the staff here they act like they don't truly care about patients .They are VERY UNEDUCATED HERE!They just in it for the MONEY ONLY &IT REALLY SHOWS ...They want you to make a whole appointment just for some SIMPLEresults ..ugh just shut the whole building at this point...They make everything harder than what it has to be PLEASE DO BETTER !

I tried calling up here THREE days in a row & was left on hold for AT LEAST 15 minutes. When you finally do get someone to answer the phone they have no idea how to answer questions or they dismiss what you’re saying and tell you to wait until your next appointment. Most of the staff is nice & professional BUT they don’t really, in my opinion, care about your pregnancy until you’re WELL into the second trimester. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that values their healthcare. Do better

My fiance goes here and they still won't allow me in with her to hear my child's heartbeat or for support even though every single obgyn's in this region allows one person back with the mother of the child. Second my fiance stayed on hold 32 minutes when she was thr next caller in the que...these people are very poorly trained. They also have no respect for anyone at the front desk. It'svery sad i have to even rate this poorly under qualifiedmedical facility with one star! This place needs to be shut down and investigated.

I’ve Been Going Here For A Couple Months And They Still Won’t Let My Children’s Father Come Inside For My Appointments. They Are Very Unprofessional And I Hate Even Dealing With ThemOther Places Are Letting The Fathers In If I Would’ve Known Earlier On Mirian Worthy Wouldn’t Have Been An OPTION AND MY CHILDS FATHER DON’T Have COVID!!

If I could put no stars on this one I really would. I’m sitting in the lobby writing this I haven’t even been back to see the doc yet. Very rude and unprofessional. The ladies at the front desk think they are higher than everyone else. No manners and when I’m the only one in the lobby they had two people come out and tell me to cover my face with my mask but yet 3 of their nurses have their noses out. ?? How the heck does that make any sense ? I’m about 1 more mishap of walking out and finding another place. DO NOT GO HERE !
