I saw this doctor and he sat with me for about 60 seconds before calling me a “little girl” to his assistant- I’m 27. He ‘diagnosed’ me with a sprained wrist. He did not give me a treatment plan, he did not tell me what to do if the injury worsened, and he was insensitive when I described my pain levels. I traveled to Columbus to see a much more qualified hand surgeon who determined I have multiple tendon tears (multiple Master degrees, and a Fellowship in hand surgery). I am scheduled for surgery next week. I could have avoided paying out of pocket $400 for the visit if I had traveled to Columbus in the first place. When I asked a nurse at Orthopaedic Associates if I could get a second opinion, he told me I could check out and pay again to be seen by another doctor. I have prolonged my pain because I listened to Dr. Michas. I do not recommend.

Appoint was made very quickly. Front reception desk was very pleasant, waiting time after signing in was quick. No long wait for Assistant, X-ray Tech or doctor to see me and work through my issue. Dr. Michas was very informative and professional during my visit. Overall, very pleasant visit.

Dr. Michas listened to my concern about the pain I am in. He took the time to review my medications and prescribed some new ones. Hopefully those will work. Thank you.

I would recommend Orthapedic Associates to anyone. Everyone one is so nice and friendly. Everything runs smooth from check in to last appointment. Dr. Micas just did my knee surgery and everyone from him to the surgery center and the ladies at the front desk to therapy department have been fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.
