Where to start with this place??? Billing is full of idiots. I am a VA referral and they put a referral visit in as urgent care and sent me to collections. Countless complaints from many others of infections after procedures. Their satelite clinics are not very keen on patient care (ortho said I've had minor inflammation for 7+ years straight causing knee issues and wont look further). Dealing with neuro associates was hell and they still never got my paperwork to the actual neurologist to review before my visit (they had all reports and imagining for two weeks before hand). They went after a previous coworker of mine for ambulance bill when his girlfriend (who they would not let him see or update him about) was dead on arrival from a heart attack. A lot of the doctors walk around like they are above everyone. The hospital treats contractors working on facilities and such like garbage. There are more people in suits than scrubs and you damn near have to find a doorway to duck into so they dont push you (they walk 3-4 wide down the halls and do not move over). This has happened on numerous occasions. "Lower" level staff is usually kind, but it cannot make up for the dumpster fire that is phoebe "care." Stay far from this place people. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY BECAUSE IT WONT BE ENOUGH.
