I absolutely HATE this place!!! Do not take your kids here or ANYWHERE IN ALBANY GA!! THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT AND THE DENTIST GOES FROM PATIENT TO PATIENT WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS OR CHANGING HIS GLOVES!!!!!

Do not take your child here if they need to be put to sleep for dental work. My 4 year old had an appointment today to have cavities filled his appointment was at 9:45. We got there at 9:30 at 10:45 we asked what was taking so long and the receptionist hadn’t even checked him in yet. When we talked about leaving another lady checked with the nurse to see how long it would take. She said 15 minutes. So we waited by 11:30 my child was starving and still hadn’t been called back yet for triage. So we went ahead and left. As soon as we got him food we got a call from them asking if we already left by then my child had already ate so he couldn’t do the surgery.Also, about 10 people that came in after us came before us. We were not top priority at all being my child couldn’t eat or drink anything after midnight last night. If you have an appointment time I would think they would try their best to abide by it.
