Prepare for a long wait. Why on earth would they schedule so many people in the same time slot is beyond my comprehension. It doesn't make sense. I've waited 3 hours before. Not usually that bad. Normally it's an hour to hour and half. Today I've sat here for an hour and half before calling my child back. I'm sure I'll be waiting another 45 minutes. Ridiculous. Mostly likely will be looking for another dentist.

This place is DISGUSTING, it looks like they mop with dirty black mop water and just let it dry all over the floor the bathroom has never been cleaned I'm sure because it has dried on after dried on filth, this place is nasty 🤢🤮

9;30 appointment, still waiting at 12;39. No explanation as to why. Only told there was 2 people ahead at 10; 30, then at 11:30 was told there were 4 people ahead of me.

I hate Vital Smiles they make 10+ people appointments at the same time wait times are ridiculous this will be my child last visit here

I took my 4 year old daughter there it was first time there the ladies at the first desk was very friendly explained everything that I needed to fill out that black female nurse I didn't get her name but she very friendly to my daughter and me and she did a wonderful job on cleaning my daughter teeth keep up the good work we will be coming back.

This place is terrible. If your child gets sick and can't have surgery your out of luck. They claim they have no appt dates. Lakimberly OFFICE MANAGER ECT. Is rude hateful and has no customer service. STAY AWAY! Would give a 0 it i could. Now Lakimberly is telling people I threatened her but I did not I said I would go stand in the lobby and tell everyone how they are. I said I'd show my behind! Be warned!!!

Got to 2 hours past the appointment before deciding I was tired of waiting. place was disgusting and staff could at least pretend to like life.
