List of Aazrum Syed's Reviews
Recommending Dr. Syed! She is so caring in seeing that I get the best care possible. She takes as much time as I need and explains thoroughly everything in layman's terms. All questions you need to ask are answered and I have never felt that I couldn't ask anything. She is accommodating when I have needed to be seen with an emergency.
Office disfunction Dr. Syed is a good physician. However, her staff and office leave much to be desired. I have been a patient for nearly 2 years. There hasn't been 1 appointment that hasn't been changed or had multiple calls associated with it. I have also had negative interactions with the nursing staff. Its disappointing that a Dr. with such good bedside manner selects staff that is so far the opposite. Couple this with misbilling, no patient porthole and general inconveniences I have found the need to find another practice. Going to your PCP should not be a stressful endeavor. With this office, it is.
Great experience. Knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend her to my family and friends.
I have referred Dr Syed to friends She listens and know that we know our own body's.
Excellent Service Dr.Syed cares about all of her patients, services are excellent and very professional
So glad that I was referred to Dr. Syed. Very caring and thorough and takes the time to listen to your concerns. Everyone is kind and polite and pleasant to deal with. Prompt phone calls to inform you of your test results. They take your health and safety seriously by wearing masks and disinfecting all of the common areas. I have been a patient for six years.
The worst office's practice I am not sure about the doctor, but this is the worst office ever with misleading practices. My daughter was a new patient and made a full physical appointment. It was scheduled no questions asked. When she arrived, they took her urine sample as normal, and it looked like full physical. Dr talked to her and answer questions. Then she was let go. The bottom line it was not a full physical at all. This office's practice is that they need to see you first, establish as a new patient and only then you can schedule full physical. I don't disagree with their practices. They want to do it this way it is their rights. The only thing they had to do is to explain it ahead of time and give us a choice whether to accept it or not. As a result, we waisted time and they did not even accept the responsibilities for misleading. I talked to the office manager, and they think it is a norm. We will never go their again and would not recommend anyone.
Unprofessional office staff Waited 20 minutes after my appointment before having to go ask for a second time if they were running behind schedule. Was told they have two patients in front of me and not sure when they would be able to take me back. Advised I had meetings I need to attend so I may leave. When I walked to my car I called the office to say I was leaving and was confirming they were not billing a missed appointment fee since they were significantly behind schedule. Was advised that they told the office manager I left 12 minutes not the factual 20+ minutes after and the manager said to charge me the fee. Spoke with the manager the following day (I had to follow up and call.) And she said even though the policy was up to her discretion to follow, since it was a "he said / she said" about my departure time she was going to charge the fee. Completely unprofessional and horrible business practices. Not asking for perfection but asking for communication.

Completely unprofessional and horrible business practices. I've waited multiple times past my appointment time....not asking for perfection but asking for communication from the front office so I could try and see if it fit my schedule. Why make appointments if you aren't going to follow them?? If a patient is late to their appointment it is unacceptable but if the physician is late doesn't matter? Would not recommend this practice specifically due to the office staff.
Good and patient I have been a patient for many years. My old Dr. retired and she was recommended to. I have been happy all this time

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
