One problem I had with Dr. Eaccarino was when I reviewed the notes from my visits to see him pre and post-op, there were things he recorded that did not accurately portray the visit (for example things were reported that I did not say) and I find this extremely frustrating and disturbing. I also felt that he was cold and did not have good bedside manner. All in all, I have zero trust in this doctor.

I would not recommend Dr. Alex Eaccarino. Although seemingly knowledgable, he has a condescending manner and talks down to his pateints rather than meeting them on their level. After a surgery that did not go ideally, he wrote off what happened as "in my head" and continued to belittle me in a way that felt like cya.

Best.doctor.ever He shows so much compassion, makes you feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable setting, and wants to figure out the best plan for your situation. Feels like he truly cares.

Although I saw the midwives, who were mostly wonderful, at this practice for all of my prenatal care, Dr. Eaccarino was tasked with delivering the results of my non-invasive prenatal testing, which revealed my child has Down Syndrome. He maintained a negative tone and repeatedly said "I'm sorry" during the conversation. To me, hearing it was Down Syndrome rather than other possible more serious conditions was wonderful news. A "congratulations" would have been nice.

Dr. Eaccarino is the only doctor I will see. His bedside manner is unmatched, he has the ability to make you feel comfortable all the while maintaining professional and great knowledge. 10/10

Dr. Eaccarino is extremely kind and caring. He takes the time to listen to your concerns. I went into my appointment extremely nervous and worried and he took the time to settle my nerves by answering all of my questions. He even drew me a diagram to aid his explanation. I felt that he listened to my concerns and we discussed options. I have seen him twice now and both times I have left feeling understood and at ease. Highly recommend.

He is a pleasant person that listens to his patients. However, information pertaining to my issue was not recorded on the medical record and I was told results from pap were normal, when actually they were not adequate to evaluate. Was never told to come back to redo. Was never told I had fibroids. Seems knowledgeable but switched doctors after seeing all this simple errors. Needs to make sure staff is assisting and recording info to make correct diagnosis.
