My 4 children have seen Dr. Kindregan since they were little. Two kids have been through braces with Dr. Francesca. I trust them both and my children have no fears or anxiety to go to their appointments. They do not push unnecessary treatments which is very much appreciated.

Dr. Francesca and the entire staff at Alpharetta Children’s Dentistry are amazing! My kids love coming here, and we are always walked through their care prior to and after each appointment. Highly recommend this practice - just wish they took adult patients, because I’d love to come here myself 😂

My three daughters have been patients here for dental and orthodontic needs for many years and love it! They ask ‘when do I get to go to the dentist next?’ They are incredible with all kids!

Love our family at Alpharetta Children's Dentistry. They care about Savvy so much from the best care to her enjoying her visit. She has seen them in emergency dental situations and they have performed miracles and continue to give the best care for all her dental needs.

We love coming to Alpharetta Children’s Dentistry. From check in to the visit with Dr. Caruso they make the experience easy and fun for my two kids(3 and 5) I regularly recommend them to any family looking for a children’s dentist.

I can’t say enough great things about this office! My daughter had a dental emergency, and they were able to get her in the same day. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The wait time was almost nonexistent, which was such a relief. Dr. Caruso was absolutely amazing, kind, patient, and thorough. She made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease, which is no small feat during an emergency visit. The level of care and professionalism here is outstanding. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a great dentist. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Consistent. Who doesn’t love consistency? So every visit feels familiar, your records always up to date and top of mind, and the doctors and staff are as professional and as nice as can be. Plus, there’s arcade and a movie room for kids to enjoy while they wait. Never a long wait either.
