I was referred to Dr. Minter to discuss potential knee replacement surgery. The entire experience of the initial consultation exceeded any expectations I had. The office staff that supports Dr. Minter are so kind and helpful; I truly appreciate a doctor's team that goes the extra mile to help a patient that is in pain. From the front desk to the tech who did my x-rays to the PA, excellent and outstanding. The office is laid out so well and very thoughtful. Heck, even the building is well thought out with a courtesy shuttle to and from your car and wheelchairs right inside the door if they are needed. There are plenty of chairs throughout the office for those of us in pain that can't walk far. The chairs are plentiful and comfortable for anyone. They also have plenty of sanitizer stations, and take care with masks and gloves. Dr. Minter is also excellent. He took the time to listen to my fears and not only did he address them, he made sure I knew my path forward without question. I feel 100% fully supported with needing knee surgery. He's a very kind doctor and a great listener. Thank you Dr. Minter and your entire staff for being amazing at what you do!

Best orthopedic doctors and staff ever! Takes some time to get in but totally worth the wait! I had my first total knee done five years ago by a very respected team!! This team was awesome-no pain after 8 weeks! After five years I still have pain in other knee! Highly recommend this practice!!

Lower knee / Tendonitis and Trigger Finger issues: My physician, Dr. BeringerI have had the experience of working with Dr. Don Beringer as it relates to a couple of chronic and sometimes painfully episodic conditions that manifest following periods of heavy physical activity. Dr. Beringer has thoughtfully and carefully taken the time to understand my activities, my past sports history and on-going desire to remain active. Yet, and despite, I do have joint challenges due to overuse and exertion.Dr. Beringer put me to ease by listening to me - taking the time to understand my routines and behaviors, and my desires to remain physically active, and without any encumbrances to my mobility. He thoroughly assessed and diagnosed my conditions and was able to treat me with non operative therapies. As well, he was clear to explain to me the importance of self-control and governance, providing ideas /alternatives to accomplish the same as it relates to maintaining muscle/tissue strength, joint integrity and overall cardiovascular conditioning.I am grateful to Dr. Beringer for his approach and recommend him for/to anyone that faces a joint condition, be it chronic or acute, and whether medical management or surgical intervention is required. Either way, you are in good hands under the care of Dr. Beringer.

My knee replacement surgery was a piece of cake. Dr. Kress is the kindest, most caring doctor I've ever known and his office staff is friendly and helpful. I was home a few hours after surgery, feeling well and energetic, walking with a walker that afternoon, and PT began next day. I never had any problems. Three months after surgery I was back in the gym with a trainer doing weight bearing exercises. I recommend Dr. Kress VERY highly.

Wonderful Experience for my wife’s right knee Surgery.Dr Kress and all the staff at Alpharetta Office and Northside Hospital In Cummings were very very helpful. Physical Therapist started Therapy at home the next day.

I"ve been dealing with knee pain since last August and going to another "who-shall-not-be-named" practice....and I've done it all...PT, anti-inflammatories, MRI, cortisone shot, gel injections, and headed towards much dreaded surgery. I saw Eddie, PA for Dr. Kress, (HE needs to be on the website too) for a second opinion today and I swear I learned more in 15 minutes than I have in the past 9 months and I don't need surgery (at least not anytime soon). I have a plan now and feel like I am on the road to recovery. I'm so glad I decided to go in. It was a word of mouth referral and I was impressed from the first phone call. Staff is very friendly and caring!

Dr. Jon Minter and his crew are totally awesome! My son had his first TKR in 2017. Issues beginning immediately after surgery! Continued going to Surgeon to no avail! Then! We found Arthritis and Total Joint! What an amazing find! Dr. Minter did surgery on my son 3 weeks ago and my son is doing amazing! All of the folks here are amazing! Very informative,respectful,and they go out of their way for all of their patients! Thank you Dr. Jon Minter and everyone involved with the care of my son! I love you all!

Dr. Ken Kress has replaced both hips and a partial right knee. On Thursday, 1/24, I tripped on a cord in my garage and fell hard on my right knee cap. Since that was the knee that had surgery in 2014, I wanted to get in to see Dr. Kress's P.A ASAP. I called right at 4:30, just at their closing time. They were able to see me the next day at 2:00 p.m. and I have a follow-up appointment on Friday, 2/8 at their Alpharetta office. They were very responsive. I recommend them highly!!!

Only one shoulder doctor here and his staff is pretty non-responsive and really they just don't care. He basically did nothing except tell me it wasn't an emergency after an xray. I told him I don't like taking medicine. He said ice and an ibuprofen wouldn't kill me. Tried calling them to have them schedule an MRI, but they won't call back. Do yourself a favor find a better doctor that has a better staff.

I could not be happier with this group! I have been suffering with knew pain since last August. I have been going to another well-known group and I have done everything...PT, anti-inflammatory, MRI, cortisone shot, and gel injections; headed towards surgery. I am SO glad I went for 2nd opinion! I swear I learned more from PA Eddie Bean than I have in the past 9 months and I don't need surgery anytime soon! I feel so relieved that I have a plan and I am on the road to recovery. I just hope Dr. Kress isn't retired by the time I actually need surgery!
