$601 charge for a 15 minute consultation with the Doctor. Called to see if they could reasonably adjust that amount they say that the charge seems reasonable for a lengthy 15 minute meeting. No we wont go back there again.

This place is beyond unprofessional. The doctor came in and spoke as fast as he could to hurry things along...def didn't seem like he cared. On top of that, the doctor wanted my daughter to get a stool test done with LapCorp...and no one ever called us with the test results. I HAD TO CALL MYSELF to get the results and had to wait a over week for them. The office itself also needs a major update. It looks dated and dirty. I would def not recommend this place.

Dr Girish Pore, of Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates Alpharetta GA prescribed several tests and a huge amount was billed. In my opinion, the diagnosis done was ambiguous and ineffective. I was going through a tough time and felt exploited.1) Staff: His staff was extremely nasty, incoherent and probably trained to avoid the patients since this is what his assistant Adrianel Mondy told me: "You keep calling here every other day complaining about your pain". When I told her I was there a week ago, she said "weekend doesn't count and Monday was a holiday". 2) They will NEVER follow up with the test results until you give them a call and ask them about it. On the call, first you have to face their anger and then their ignorance.3) Online Portal: Also they have a portal that is supposed to connect you to the doctor except it just doesn't work as you never get a response for Dr. Pore himself and upon bringing this to their attention, this is their response: "I am doctor's assistant and I am not responsible for that".I am still paying bills one after the other and I am not done yet. This is the place where they MAKE the patients and NOT cure them. Stay away from this place.

In making the appt they gave me the wrong suite number and didn't provide the building number. I had forgotten the name of the place and doctors name. They never called to confirm appt or a reminder. They lack customer service.
