I couldn’t be happier with my care and results. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel truly cared for and not just like another patient. I’m so grateful for his skill, compassion, and dedication.

I truly cannot recommend Dr. Tilara and the team at Atlanta Vascular and Vein Center enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Tilara is not only incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but he also takes the time to genuinely listen and explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. His confidence and expertise immediately put me at ease, and I knew I was in the best hands. The staff is absolutely amazing! Super friendly, organized, and attentive. Scheduling was a breeze, and every step of the process felt smooth and thoughtful. I appreciated how compassionate and detail-oriented everyone was. I’m beyond grateful for the exceptional care I received. If you’re in the Atlanta area and need vein care, do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Tilara. I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know!

I would not do business with this practice, the support staff is terrible. I travel for business and was trying to get in to get a procedure done while I had several weeks available.They wanted to make me wait weeks for a preauthorization, even though I had proof that I did not need a preauthorization. When I try to call the billing department to try to let them know that I did not need a preauthorization. Veronda the receptionist would not put me through, when I asked to be put through to the actual clinic that I was trying to set the appointment with she also made up excuses telling me that they were too busy to answer the phone. She was obviously lying and when I questioned her about it, she hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional support staff in this practice!!!!

I am beyond satisfied with the service and quality of care provided at Atlanta Vascular and Vein Center. Dr. Tilara did an amazing job. He is very thorough with explaining the procedure and at answering all my questions that I had. The entire staff is so very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend this team and location
