I had excellent care from Dr. Carrie Stallings. I had my mammogram, follow up mammogram, ultrasound and needle biopsy done elsewhere, that led me to Dr. Stallings. She was professional and explained every aspect of my diagnosis with the utmost of care. She gave me the direct extension to her nurse, who could answer any other questions that might arise. From the initial meeting she walked us down to scheduling. The scheduler was able to get my 3 pre surgery appointments, all on the same day at the Alpharetta location of Northside hospital. This was great as we live in Marietta and that is an easier drive than to go to Northside Downtown. I was also thrilled to have 3 in one day, so we did not have to make 3 different trips. On the day of the surgery Dr. Stallings met with my husband and I for any last questions. Post Surgery she met with my husband. I had my surgery on a Wednesday and the following Tuesday had my follow meeting to discuss what the Pathology reports read. She sat with us again, answered every question with care and respect. She then guided me to 2 follow up Drs, that she had found in the Marietta area. It is not possible to say how glad I am to have the surgery behind me. From 1st mammogram, August 28th to the follow up post surgery, October 7th. On October 8th I was randomly at the post office and they had a Breast Care awareness month banner and I was able to have my picture taken " as a survivor."

Survivor of triple neg breast cancer for almost 16 years and I owe it all to these surgeons and this practice. Recently switched from Northside office to Alpharetta for traffic reasons and I love them there as well. Highly recommend these wonderwomen!

I have experienced the best care in this practice. The technicians are thorough and kind. I love the fact that screenings are done in office and you get the results the same day. It's a game changer for me and prevents "scanxiety". Highly recommend.

I am not sure about all of the negative reviews I just called and I was put on hold but I looked and it was all of 3 minutes and I think the schedulers name was Kristen and she was very polite and booked me within the month. I love that you are given your results that day and don't have to wait - well worth the extra time spent in the office. You do need to plan on spending a couple of hours for your appt but they discuss all of your imaging that day.

Terrible waiting time .

So surprised by these reviews. I have been going to Breast Care Specialists for about 30 years and this location the last few years. I have had nothing but great experiences. The office staff is always polite. The mammogram and ultrasound techs are always friendly, compassionate, and caring. A few years ago I switched to another provider and had a terrible experience and came back to Breast Care Specialists. I love that I get my mammorgram, ultrasound, and then speak directly to the Nurse Practitioner (NP). I have seen the same NP, Lauren Thomas, for the past several years. I actually look forward to seeing her every year. She is the kindest, most compassionate healthcare provider, and I can tell she truly cares. I can't say enough about this practice or Lauren Thomas.

Terrible ! Had an appointment in December. They canceled and rescheduled for March. Then they canceled again and said June. I said forget it! Don’t know how they are still in business

It is hard to imagine a physician office that can’t get the small things right but insist they do the important things well. There is a banging door in the office that ricochets sounds a through the office every 10 seconds or so, all while they are doing a precise procedure. I have not met the physician in person so will not comment but in my experience attention to detail is a large component of high quality care. They should really do better in my opinion

I have received such great services for BCS. Dr. Meredith H Redden it is a great and caring physician. She is so personable and made me feel so comfortable with the testing and biopsy procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Redden for and breast care needed.

I have gone to this practice for over 20 years for my mammograms and breast ultrasounds. I’ve always paid my copay and never gotten a bill. This year, the practice insists I owe over $500 for the same exams. How could this be? This is robbery! Who can afford to pay this much for yearly mammograms and breast ultrasounds. I will not be back!!!
