I have been trying since May 2026 to schedule my surgery for vein restoration. It’s now almost August and I never got a call back, I have called multiple times and left messages. I only saw the doctor once and he saw me for five minutes then left. It’s a shame that they can treat patients this way. I am so frustrated. It is now the end of July and I still have no answers. No callbacks, nothing. I was supposed to have a treatment plan for surgery and it looks like it’s not happening this year. I need to find a new vein doctor I guess. The problem is that my insurance only covers this center. I can’t afford out-of-pocket expenses for this. Beware of getting your hopes up because it’s very sad. Looks like I won’t be getting them fixed.

I had Excellent new visit at the office! Dr A.was Great Linda was wonderful she translated everything great The whole staff was very good.

I received treatment for the veins in my legs. I must highlight the excellent care and attention provided by Diana Turc. I highly recommend being treated by this professional; her manner and empathy toward the patient throughout the treatment process were impeccable. 5 stars for her.

I had a f/u ultrasound appt today. The US tech was fantastic, the doctor was running VERY behind, so was waiting for over an hour after my ultrasound to see the doctor because they apparently don't know how to manage their time/schedule. The US tech apologized profusely, she gets 5 stars, the doctor barely said anything, he gets 0 stars. Doctors are not the only people who's time is important. Disappointing to say the least. Plan accordingly if you visit this office.

I had an appointment set up for weeks - they called me a week before my appointment and cancelled it with the next available appointment being a month out. If you are canceling patient appointments it should be more of a priority to get them in.

I had the Varithena procedure done. The staff were all very knowledgeable and kind. The whole office ran like a well oiled machine. Dr Medina always made sure I was comfortable during my procedures. I would definitely recommend this office and procedure to anyone needing it. My thanks to them all.

I see Dr. Croake at Pinehurst center for vein restoration…everyone is so nice and super helpful…I got in sooner after my insurance approved everything…the doctor is so nice and will take time to explain anything u wanna know…the nurses or ultrasound tech is so nice they are very funny together and I find it hard to laugh these days but those ladies had me rolling laughing so hard…it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would to have all this stuff done and back to back but I was excited to get it done and start healing to have some relief…my last injection is actually tomorrow…mine are so bad I had 4 ablations and 5 injections…but I think it will all be so worth it and feel myself again, my legs have gotten so bad it’s effecting my quality of life and what I need to do everyday it really holds me back…so it was a blessing to come across their ads on facebook and see they accepted my insurance I found them on my own…and I’m so grateful and appreciate they are helping me get my life back! And that they check in with me throughout the first year as my veins heal..not sure what happens after that yet…a question I need to ask them today what to expect after but 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone they are so great!

Edit #2) I will update my review once I get results. It’s been a month so far. Edit #1) I am frustrated and annoyed with getting auto emails for more shipments of stockings that I never signed up for and don’t need. I have called twice to cancel it and I just got another email today. I also was charged $130 for compression stockings when I was told at the clinic they were covered by insurance. My original review: Amazing experience at the center for vein restoration! Clean practice, everyone was kind, respectful, informative and made me feel very comfortable! The ultrasound tech Diana made 45 minutes go by quickly and comfortably with great bedside manner. The doctor was awesome. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Five star experience! I can’t wait to get treated in Sandy Springs!
