Cesar Cruz's Online Review Report Card

After having several ER visits because of SVT and Tachycardia, I was referred to Dr. Cruz. My situation was different because I had had open heart surgery when I was a child. The first Ablation was at Wellstar during an ER visit. After several years, I had a Tachycardia event. I was brought back to a normal state, then referred to Dr. Cruze for another Ablation. There were issues with his first procedure, and I was sentenced to a life-time of meds. A month later, he asked me to come in and discuss having another Ablation since he had done some research about scar tissue from the Open Heart surgery from my childhood, and wanted to try again using a different approach. It was successful, and lasted for five years before another event. Another Ablation was performed, and all is well right now. All along, he was keeping track of my Aortic Regurgitation. This year it went from moderate to severe and I'm ready for a replacement valve.

He is the best! His staff, convenient office locations and respect he portrays is outdone simply by his intelligence. Love him!

As i sit here with no afib for 4 years I pray for Dr. Cruz . I say a pray of thanks for his expertise that rid me if hours with my heart pumping out if my chest, fear and anxiety while driving and being depressed that I had these episodes that interfered with my life and my relationships. You were so caring with my family and I . We are forever grateful. Thank you and thank God for you

wait for appointment is too long and staff is incompetent, scheduler calls one day and then calls again the next day and doesnt know she called the day before, they also dont answer messages on the portal

Called Cumming location and spoke with Donna whom was absolutely rude each time I called to try to set up an appt. First stated she never called when I was returning her call as she left me a voice mail. A stat referral was faxed 3 times and was advised first opening not until end of July even after advised I was seen in ER for a possible heart attack. It is rather sad good doctors are losing new or existing patients due to bad attitudes from the front office personnel. I am a doctor and will never recommend this group!

He was my my last hope for a doctor. He came through for me. Initially I saw him at his Cumming location. The office staff was very loud and chatted among themselves rather than paying attention to the details of my records. He was worth the wait as I am doing better under his care. The staff needs some professionalism. Maybe they have improved since my first visit was there. The other location was much better.
