It seems the receptionist was having a bad day today, 11/16/23 and taking it out on whoever came through that door. You’re already coming in here with a problem, not need to add to it with a nasty attitude. I will definitely be reporting this on their usual after care survey. I showed this girl CHOA’s policy and she replied “that’s just the policy”. If a health care entity doesn’t govern itself by its policies, then what does it govern it self by???🤔. This person should be fired.
I had to take in our 9 month old late one night this past week and unfortunately, he was diagnosed with RSV. I appreciate how quickly the staff worked to get us back and treat him! We had two nurses (one was Lauren), and Dr. A who were so wonderful and comforting. Thank you for seeing us late at night and for the excellent care!
Love this place! Everyone is so nice and professional.
Dr. Osman is an excellent doctor. He gave my son treatment and he got better that same day. thank you and god bless you
Absolutely cannot recommend this pediatric urgent care enough! Our 2 year old son hit his head on a table in our home and needed 2 stitches. Our pediatrician recommended that we go to an urgent care and the urgent care directed us here. From the check in staff to the nurses to the doctor--they were kind, compassionate, gentle, and loving. This was our first experience with stitches or bad boo-boos and doctor Osman was so gentle, kind, warm, and relaxing with our son. He even gave him a little guitar after being such a good patient. If we ever need pediatric urgent care again, we will be back to this location!!
Fast, super friendly, not crowded
Went here yesterday around 5 pm. The wait time was about a total of 10-15 minutes to be seen by a nurse then maybe another 10-15 to be seen by a doctor. The staff was all great and treated our child very kindly. Would recommend this location. It was also very clean.
We had to take our first visit to urgent care for our 10 month old. The whole process was simple and streamlined. The staff really cares and we were in and out in a timely manner with a satisfactory outcome for our child.
Do not bring your kid here unless it is a last resort. We came for a simple check to confirm an ear infection and were charged almost $500 with a one line bill that said visit. When we called to ask for an itemized bill they said that is the only thing we were billed for and offered no other explanation other than to say they are a specialty clinic.
My 2 y/o son hurt his arm a couple nights ago. It didn't look too bad, but it was swollen and he was favoring it in a way that we could tell it hurt him. As soon as he heard my wife and I say "doctor" he started crying and saying he was scared. We took him to CHOA Urgent Care despite his protests, and we're glad we did. Everyone there was so kind and sweet that my son quickly discovered he had nothing to fear. I don't remember everyone's names, but we're so thankful for the way the screening nurse, the radiology tech, Dr. Brown and "Miss Millie" treated this patient. He was so covered in stickers and laughing so much that he seemed to actually have fun even though the x-ray revealed he'd fractured his arm. They took really good care of him, and he's declared several times since leaving that "Miss Millie is my friend!" Not only did he get the best care possible, this team did it in a way that gave him the right perception of medical care so next time he hopefully won't have the same initial fears (although we'd really like there not to be a next time of course). Sincerely, thanks to everyone there!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
