Dr Easley made me feel very comfortable, listening intently to what I had to say about my problem, and then coming up with solutions that I could afford that would help. Thank you for caring!

To start, I’m disabled and getting out to appointments is not exactly an easy task. When I finally do, it’s really unfortunate that large portion of my day is a complete waste of time. Not to mention the money that I’ve spent on this practice for something I didn’t only NOT receive, but it came with attitude as well. The appointment included all of the tests. Then we went into the doctor’s smaller office to run the last of the basic tests. I am still not with the Optometrist, which I verified over the phone would be doing these tests, before making the appointment. I’m not the eye professional here, so I can’t say how clearly the end results should be with the different charts. However, this girl is very quickly running through these tests without really hearing my answers. I just supposed it was fine that I was literally seeing double and the “V” I viewed was a “W” to me (literally). The refraction test on the other chart I thought was perhaps something completely different since she blew through it so quickly. My end result was more blurry than my reading glasses. And SURELY she wasn’t the one performing this test after I talked to a couple people prior to the appointment that assured me it would be the Optometrist. So I just let it go thinking he was going to come in next and do his own refraction. What happened next? Dr. Easley walked in, pointed a flashlight in my eyes for a couple seconds. He said there was nothing wrong with my eyes and signed the pathetic prescription for glasses that girl blasted through moments before! I asked “aren’t you going to perform a refraction?” To which he told me it had been done. I explained to him what she did wasn’t right. That I can’t see from it at all. That my readers are more clear than her end result. To which he responded with “well then just use your readers.” To the girl that did the refraction, YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING THERE. To Dr. Easley, I still can’t see and I’ve been too sick since my appointment to get to another, elsewhere. Thanks for nothing! Milan Eye Center, YOU LIED!

Dr Easley was great. He was kind and seemed to have great bedside manners. He lustened to my concerns and thoroughly explained what my treatment would consist of. The practice is modern and clean and I was able to secure an appointment faily quickly. The forced masking was very unnecessary though. 2 years ago, I could have understood the precautions but 2.5 years later? How long do they plan to keep this covid theater for? Do these doctors not believe in "science"? Weren't all of them prioritized for vaccinations in the first place? Why treat paying customers like walking lepers unnecessarily? It's very offensive and unnecessary at this stage of the game.
