EXCELLENT! Excellent!

A+ experience in every way! I live in downtown Atlanta but I will drive to Dr. Bills’ office in Alpharetta forever as it is SO worth it. Staff is amazing, office is clean and maintained, easy parking. Dr. Bills is AMAZING. His bedside manner is unmatched. Very warm and caring, he asked about my son, who is now 10 (whose delivery he was involved with). Made sure my questions were answered. On the clinical side, I’ve never had a Pap smear that quick. He was gentle and didn’t prolong the procedure anymore than absolutely necessary. He educated me on self breast exams, and let me know that everything looked fine and that my results would most likely be normal. Very comforting. All in all, excellent service!

A doctor who listens I appreciated the time he took to explain a condition that 2 other doctors dismissed the severity of. He put me on treatment right away and it has changed my life. I suffered for 8 years and his willingness to hear me made all the difference

Dr. Bills took care of me after I had to have emergency surgery in April 2025. He did not rush anything, and made sure I stayed an extra day to recover. This man saved my life. I feel relieved. Thank you!!!

Dr Bills spent time answering my questions and helped make sense of the hormone information I was interested in. He explained exactly what was going to happen as he was doing exam. I was as comfortable as I could be in an uncomfortable position. I was initially hesitant last year when I started going to this practice because he's a male doctor for a female system. But I didn't want to discount someone for gender so I went forth. It was a worthy leap of faith.

Highly recommend Dr. Bills and staff in Alpharetta My new patient consult with Dr. Bills this morning was excellent. From the ladies in the front, to the lady who took my vital signs, to Dr. Bills himself, everyone treated me so kindly and made me feel like I was the only appointment of the day!

I visited this office for my annual exam and brought up concerns related to fatigue and low energy. I asked the doctor how much hormone level testing would cost, and he told me it would be $50. I was very transparent about my situation—explaining that I was about to lose my insurance after being laid off—and even said that if the testing would involve anything additional or be more costly, I was fine waiting until I had coverage again. He confirmed it would only be $50, which I paid at the time of my visit. Weeks later, I received a bill for additional testing that I never discussed, requested, or consented to. When I called to dispute the charges, I was told the doctor had the authority to order any testing he deemed necessary without informing me. After expressing my concern, I was suddenly blocked from the patient portal and removed as a patient entirely. As someone who had been going to this office for years, this felt dismissive, unethical, and retaliatory. Patients deserve transparency, consent, and basic respect—especially when navigating financial uncertainty. I can’t in good faith recommend this practice.

I’ve been with Dr. Bills for over 28 years! He has delivered 2 of my kids and my grandson. The most wonderful doctor!

I did not have a good experience with this doctor. He speaks in a condescending manner, doesn’t listen, and came across as rude during both of my visits. After my first appointment, I already had concerns but returned due to the difficulty of finding a new doctor. Unfortunately, my second visit only confirmed my initial impression. I will not be returning.
