List of Ent Of Georgia Alpharetta's Reviews
Disappointed with our experience here. The appointment for our two week old son for a frenulectomy was scheduled to be at 10:20 am. They told us to complete the paperwork beforehand and arrive 20 minutes early.I completed all of the paperwork and we got to the office at about 10:05. We sat in the waiting room until 10:45. Then they took us back to a room, basically a second waiting room, where we answered about four questions and then waited again until 11:05 before the doctor finally came in.Once he came in everything was fine. Procedure went well and the doctor was very professional. Boosted this review from a two star to a three, until I went to check out. They said the charge was $60 total, since we were out of pocket, no insurance. The lady on the phone two days ago told me $230. So I actually brought it up because I don't want to steal anything. So they had to go look up the code and then recharge me. We left the office at 11:30.I guess I normally wouldn't mind things like this, but when you have a two week old baby, you kind of expect things to go better; not perfect but better. I get they're busy and every office has their "days", but this just was not a pleasant experience, except for the doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
