Very loveable staff

A hard no on this one. The doc was ok, but after confirming I had no cardio issues, he refused to let me leave the office until I made an appointment for an annual follow up. But the real kicker is that last week (March 2023) I received a bill for an appointment I had in December 2020. I don't even have the same insurance so there's no way to look up the statement of benefits and what was paid. Left a message at the billing office. No return call. Tried several days later and was told "The account has been taken care of. You don't owe anything." Very poorly run practice.

Dr. Rowe is no longer at this office so I can't speak on it anymore, but he was an ok doctor. I wish he had taken more time, it seemed to be in and out for me.

Love Dr. Rowe. Won't be returning to his practice because the staff really doesn't seem to know what they are doing. So many appointments, messed up appointments. Sent questions to portal. Never replied. Called office, went straight to hold, no one ever answered,

Read other reviews and had similar experience. No reflection on physician capabilities but very incompetent back office. Was told in hospital to make a follow up appointment for atrial flutter issue. Made the appointment over the phone for today at 9 am at doctor's Alpharetta office. Get there and give my name. Receptionist asks if I made the appointment online. Informed her I made it over phone. No response to that, but eventually asks for my insurance and ID and given 8 pages of paperwork to complete. After I complete the paperwork 20 minutes later, she tells me she didn't see the appointment, but she has called one of the other doctors and he is on his way and should be there by 10 am!!! I mentioned my appointment was with the doctor who saw me in the hospital and informed he is only there in the afternoon!!! I told her to CANCEL the appointment and walked out. Will be on the lookout for any billing I receive based on others' reviews. I agree ..... STAY AWAY!

doctor did not show up for my visit, i sat in a patient room for 45 minutes and left. 6 months later getting 1000 dollar bill for the visit that the doctor did not show up for.
