Very professional. Very friendly staff.

First impressions: the clinic is tiny and not many seats for patients. People were up close to your face if at full capacity! If this doesn’t bother you then I guess it’s fine! I waited almost 2 hours until I was seen which was absolutely shocking for me. I asked the nurse if this was normal and to my surprise she said you can expect this time to time. Didn’t understand the concept of an appointment if I had to wait for this long. Saw Dr Vincent, not going to lie but she was lovely. Compassionate, talked through all my questions I left feeling happy! However first goof up was I was told they will send it my referral to Georgia Prenatal which they didn’t and 2 days later I had to go back and forth with the clinic. My biggest struggle here was getting through the front desk as most of the times it went on VM and this was at any given point. A supervisor called me and that was taken care with. Had my labs late April. I get a call May 13th advising me very casually I have a UTI infection that needed to be treated with antibiotics. Upon asking them when was this detected they mentioned they got the labs back on 1st of May. They just forgot to tell me about this for nearly 2 weeks. I refuse to accept this as this is only the start of it what else would they continue to fail to tell me? There was no accountability, people kept shifting blame’s. Even worse, when I asked to come in to get checked there was no sense of accommodation. The only good this about this practice is the supervisor Sylvia who was kind and accommodated an appointment for me however upon me coming in I was given so much attitude by the attending nurse and to my surprise the the doctor who saw me Dr Nicole Blackburn. She was cold, rude and lacked bedside manners. She was extremely dismissive and patronizing. I left the clinic extremely upset! I immediately decided to switch clinics and go somewhere where they have kind and compassionate nurses and doctors. Dr Vincent was not rude but unfortunately she seemed careless with my care, Dr Nicole Blackburn was awful! I would never ever recommend her to anyone! She needs to learn bedside manners. I wish I got the nurses name who attended me last because she was extremely rude and patronizing as well. Sylvia the clinical Team leader was amazing and I was grateful of her but unfortunately she wouldn’t be my care so that wasn’t enough to keep me. Anymore considering this place just be careful

I highly recommend this practice! All the doctors are incredibly kind and attentive. Dr. Leader, Dr. Blackburn, Dr. White, and Dr. Vinson provided excellent care throughout my pregnancy and delivery. They delivered my son, and I’m truly grateful for the wonderful experience. I’ve already been recommending them to everyone looking for an OB-GYN.

We went to see Michelle Picon. She was very professional and took the time to answer and questions. We would definitely recommend her.

Dr White is very kind, knowledgeable and makes you feel listened.

I've been going to this practice for quite a few years now. Ive been to both locations and I've seen numerous providers, and they are all excellent, professional, and kind.

Dr. White is very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. She spends ample amount of time to examine, explain and answer all questions. She is always available for questions asked in portal. I feel very positive every time I meet her. Dr. White and her team are extraordinary service providers. Highly recommend.

I have been with Dr Leader for almost 20 years since I moved to Milton Ga. She and her staff has always been caring, courteous and efficient.

My experience was very smooth and comfortable! the front staff really made my day by being very sweet and welcoming. Dr. Blackburn listened to all of my concerns, and returned with very informative responses! Smooth conversations and taking me step by step of the entire process! i’ve never really felt more comfortable with a doctor so she really changed my experience coming to the obgyn!

Dr. Leader delivered both of my children and had the best bedside manner during difficult miscarriages. She’s always cheerful when I see her, listens to my concerns, and is very knowledgeable. She’s the best!
