Dr Wyatt and his team are the best. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a five star rating.

I didn’t go here by choice but rather because the Worker’s Comp Claim Dept for Walmart sent me here because they didn’t like what my doctor who they also authorized to treat me was telling them. Well this doctor based on the information that I gave him backed up what my current doctor has been saying and basically agreed that it was Walmart’s own fault for delaying these results. I feel vindicated by this doctor and hope Walmart takes note that not everyone who gets hurt in one of their facilities is out to screw them over.

I suffer from a bladder disease called Interstitial Cystitis and had to find an Urologist in Atlanta. I did some research and found Dr. Shessel. Making that appointment with him was the best thing I ever did. It took us a while of trail and error to get the disease under control but we hit the jackpot with the InterStim Sacral Nerve Stimulator. Once again I was beyond blessed to find Dr. Shessel. In my eyes he is a pure angel and he improved my quality of life greatly.

Please avoid this practice especially if you are of color. The Dr. whom i met wasnt that receptive to my questions but kept a stoned face. And the surgery scheduler is the rudest ever i have met. I had to cancel my surgery on surgery day because of the way she has been answering my questions. I clearly told her about my change of insurance while i schedule my presurgery visit but she didnt pay attention to that over phone but went ahead and submitted pre authorization to my old Insurance but tried to blame me for her ignoring what i said.

Had a surgery scheduled this morning that Ive been waiting over a month to have done. Imagine my surprise when I get a call 30 minutes before my appointment time saying I missed the appointment. Turns out they rescheduled my procedure to an earlier time and never bothered to tell me. This level of unprofessionalism from a medical office is truly disappointing. How can I trust them to perform surgery on me when they cant even handle basic communication? I cant wait another two months to be seen here so now I have to start the process of getting this surgery over from square one with a new doctor. Complete waste of time and money.

I Made an appointment 2 months ago for our 5 month old. We have them our insurance information they said we were fine. When we got there they told us they didn’t take our insurance. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Why were we not informed sooner?

Overall our interaction with Georgia Urology at Old Milton Parkway was great. My sons procedure occurred on time even after we decided to reschedule. We were able to get appointments in a reasonable timeframe too. My sons procedure was successful and we were very happy with the quality of care provided by Dr Scherz. The front desk staff and nursers were friendly and we didnt have long waiting periods.

We were sent to the pediatric urologist at this location to find out about our newborn sons kidney issues. After the ultrasound technician does the ultrasound the doctor comes in and tells us that the ultrasound equipment they have isnt high enough quality to tell anything. She proceeds to tell us we need to go to CHOA for a more detailed ultrasound. She proceeds to list a number of possibilities that it could be then just gets up and leaves didnt tell us good bye we could leave to wait for a nurse for scheduling or anything. After sitting there for about 20 minutes somebody comes in and asks if we are waiting on something because we are free to go. It took my wife days to get in touch with the assistant about scheduling the ultrasound which we finally had to do ourselves. After the ultrasound was done at CHOA we made sure to get all the information to the office and the doctor. We were told we would hear something by the end of the day. After a week of numerous phone calls and voice messages left we finally get a voice mail from the doctor stating she would leave information with her assistant and still nothing giving us any information about our 7 week old son. After finally getting in touch with the assistant and being told we would have to come in for another appointment we finally lost our patience with this practice. It is absolutely impossible to communicate with this office or get any information. As parents we have been a complete wreck waiting for answers on our newborn son and after two weeks we still have not received any news.

The doctor Shessel was terrific. First rate actually... The scheduling staff and methodology for handling patients after an initial doctor is horrible. If you happen to miss a call to schedule a procedure they ask you to call back. Expect to wait more than an hour with no answer. And I mean try calling any time and ask for scheduling... expect to be on hold with no answer. We did so for 30 minutes or more 4 times... After these experiences we went to the office to ask for help. The lady at the Alpharetta desk could not have been more annoyed. Ironically she was able to get Carolyn from scheduling within seconds we tried several times with no progress and tons of hold time. Well you do know she supports four doctors? Not sure how we should know that nor why we were on hold for so so long before giving up.Of course I asked her why her office cannot email  text or have a scheduling website. None of these are new technologies. Keep in mind I was being very polite but she was clearly not happy we were asking these questions in front of other patients.After all this we finally got my wife scheduled for an MRI and another procedure. Today my wife drives to the MRI address at the prescribed time the staff had hand written for her. It was closed. Turns out they scheduled her in a different location. And when she got there they tried to turn her away. Only the proof of the handwritten address to the closed office got them to relent.Unbelievably bad service. And getting an MRI and a follow on appointment is not rocket science. The doctor we saw was terrific. Everything else about our experience has been nothing but poor customer service.
