It was delightful. The gals were all great. The gal that did my service was extremely professional and helped me to keep my mind off the process. She was very sweet a good listener and knew her job well.

Taylor was my nurse anesthetist and handled my most recent treatment. I’ve had great results getting this laser treatment for hair removal and I am very happy that I did it. I only wish I had done it sooner before some of the gray hairs took over. The laser intensity is it first very much tolerable but as you get to the spot treatment stages it increase and therefore the pain level does increase. All the nurses that I have worked with including Taylor are very compassionate and and thorough with the treatment so that you get the best value for your money.

Nurse is good and professional. However don’t recommend this company as they are terrible at calling you back they have so many different front staff constantly changing. Impossible to schedule appointments. They never have availability ever. It’s very sad.

My tech Taylor is soooooo amazing the best tech I’ve ever had and I’ve been a patient since 2007 She is extremely welcoming helpful and understanding. Her skills are outstanding and she’s extremely caring. She checked on my comfort level throughout the entire procedure. She checked and double checked my areas and made sure I was happy. Talk about the best customer service I’ve ever received I will definitely continue my treatments ONLY with her.Thanks Taylor

If I could give more than five stars I would. The wonderful ladies up front made me feel welcome the moment I walked through the door. They were efficient polite friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to help answer my questions with patience. I never felt like a burden even though I’m sure they had about a million other things to do front office ladies just don’t receive enough credit. Hayley the nurse performing my services was amazing She listened to my concerns from a previous experience explained the adjustments she would make to my treatment and constantly checked in to make sure I was okay and comfortable. She had me laughing the whole time it felt like I’d know her for years. I’ve been to a few Ideal Image locations between Georgia and Texas and this location has been my favorite thus far Thank you to Hayley Julie Lyndsay Chelsea and Antonia for making this my best experience at Ideal Image to date. You all deserve a five star lunch from management for the exceptional experience you provide
