Dr. Harper is very patient and detailed. He's one of the last old school doctors that sits down and listens to everything you have to say. There has never been a wait and he's not rushing out to get to the next patient. I highly recommend Dr. Harper.

Wonderful! I began seeing Dr. Harper in 1998 and cannot imagine going to another physician. He has the very best bedside manner, is funny, remembers you from visit to vist. I would recommend any female friend or acquaintance to him.

Do not go. I have been overcharged $600 for a surgery done in oct 2018 and they are telling me insurance claim is still pending and because of that they can’t give me my money back. Insurance company closed the claim in November 2018. I sent them all paperwork but they are still lying about the claim being pending. The billing people at doctors office don’t ever pick up the phone or return your call. You just have to go thru the customer service reps and they reps never send proof of conversati
