List of Jeanette Leader's Reviews
I had been visiting Dr. Leader for 3 years for yearly checkups and birth control. I had recently gotten off birth control and was having some mood/hormonal issues (which is a very normal experience post 10 years of hormonal birth control). When I went into her office, she did blood work and scheduled a follow up appt with me. When I went in for the follow up, she spent max 10 minutes with me telling me everything looked normal on my blood work and if I’m moody then I must just be depressed. She diagnosed me (who is someone who has never had depression/anxiety/etc. symptoms) with depression off of a 10 minute conversation and blood work looking at hormones. She then prescribed me an anti depressant medication (almost the maximum milligrams possible) and was very dismissive when I asked follow up questions about the blood work. This was back in September 2024 and I just got billed in April 2025 for $300. When I called her office to ask questions about this appointment, I was told that I could file a complaint with my insurance but that their billing for the visit was final. I’m very disappointed as I was a loyal patient to Dr. Leader for years and referred many people to her office. Unfortunately, I will not be going back as diagnosing someone and prescribing such a strong drug off of a 10 minute conversation doesn’t make me comfortable with her medical professionalism.
Dr Leader is one of the most compassionate, kindest & supportive doctors I’ve ever known. Dr Leader is always concerned about TOTAL body health. She helps guide you to the best pathways to help you achieve your optimal health. I can’t say enough good about Dr Leader and her staff!
Jasmine Dr Leader and team are pretty amazing. They make the experience less awkward and uncomfortable. They listen and show they care about my wellbeing.
Nice doctor but had to leave practice Dr. Leader was very nice and connected well with my daughter but her office is completely disorganized and as a result, we had to leave the practice. No one answers the phone, no appointments are available, they cancel on you without explanation. She needs to hire all new office staff ASAP!
They don’t care and you don’t matter
New office location is not well marked, hard to find and under construction. GPS still shows her old office address. Waited 50 minutes as her last appointment. For strictly female issues hopefully you should be OKAY. Get a 2nd opinion if anything unusual is found during her exam. Her website shows she takes Medicare but she does not. If you are on Medicare you must pay up front for your exam. The actual tests her office runs thru Medicare and hope they pay for it; if not the testing facility will come back after you. I spent a year fighting an expensive test Medicare would not pay for and Dr. Leaders office did not know it. Her office finally paid for it because the lab had turned me over to a collection agency. It was a nightmare dealing with their billing office.
Long office wait times to see doctor This practice needs to drastically improve on respecting their patients time. I have consistently had to wait from up to 45 minutes to an hour every time I have an appt. I have been going here for over 20 years but am just very very tired of having to wait so long to see the doctor. Even thou I have been a patient of Dr. Leader's for almost 20 years and she is very good, I'm just over the long wait time. I am alway on time and they need to be respective of that. It's time to move on. There are too many other doctors that you dont have to wait that long to see when you have an appointment. Either they are booking too many patients or need to let patients know if the doctor is running very far behind.
I had the pleasure today of becoming a new patient of Dr. Leader's. I have never left a doctor's appointment feeling more satisfied or cared for in my life. Dr. Leader is kind, compassionate, genuine, so knowledgeable and intelligent, very thorough, and most importantly (to me) she took her time in getting to know me and my medical/family history as she establishes a professional relationship with me. Not for a second did I feel rushed and she made what is naturally an uncomfortable exam more than bearable and explained everything she was doing before doing it. After the exam she had me come into her office to discuss things for as long as I wanted and she even ended the visit with a hug! I came to this practice in search of a new OBGYN after not being very satisfied with my previous one and the search is over... I will NEVER switch doctors again. She is simply the best of the best and no other doctor I've had even compares. She's the one! I would absolutely recommend her to any woman in search of a long term OBGYN. Looking forward to starting my journey with Dr. Leader as my husband and I try for our next baby!
I have see both Dr Leader and Kel Harper. Both are excellent! I recently took my teenage daughter to Dr. Leader to regulate her cycle. She was thoughtful, caring, and made my daughter feel at ease. She has a wonderful bedside manner, is funny, caring and a overall a great doctor!
Very nice and comforting. Easy to talk to and understanding! I am a young woman and feel confident and comfortable talking to Dr. Leader about anything. Great doctor!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
