Dr. Purdie is not only professional, but kind and caring. Due to having different types of insurance over the years and having moved out of state I have had a plethora of OB's. Dr. Purdie has been my absolute favorite and cannot wait for her to deliver my baby. She takes her time with me, goes over everything in detail, and truly cares.

I went to see Dr. Purdie for a regular pap-smear. During the appointment, she completely misdiagnosed me, did a very painful biopsy for a polyp that never existed, and after she couldn't get it, she then told me that I would need to go into the hospital within a week and do surgery to remove it. She scheduled the surgery. I went for a second opinion in the meantime to a much more experience doctor. This other doctor told me that there is no polyp and that Dr. Purdie was incorrect. Thank god I didn't go through with the surgery!!
