He performed surgery on my wrist several years ago and was very pleasant and gave me great confidence. Although he nicked an artery and had to fix that, the surgical result was good. I went in for a new issue this week and it was like a totally different person. Cocky, dismissive, and seemed more concerned with telling me how he does more surgeries than anyone, than being concerned with my care. I even heard him disparaging me to his staff as I was leaving. I don't know what changed in the last 5 years but I'm finding a new surgeon. Totally unacceptable.

Office nice and clean. Check in was a breeze and the staff friendly. Dr. Jiang is awesome and thorough answering my questions with patience.

I was recently a victim of a car accident & was referred to Dr. Jimmy Jiang's office. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone from the girls in the front to the PA, to the doctor himself and his assistant, all made me feel comfortable & no question was foolish. Their kindness and professionalism is the best I have encountered since I've been in Georgia!

Had a very serious and complicated injury to my left hand from an accidental gunshot. I met with 2 other surgeons before seeing Dr Jiang and new immediately I would receive the world class care I was looking for. His staff is amazing, immediately made me feel at ease and ensured all of my concerns were well documented. Appointments are easily made, the wait times are nonexistent and you will get a timely response should you leave a message. Dr Jiang is a serious professional with extensive training, deep knowledge within his expertise and the breadth of experience that matters. He obviously cares and spends whatever time is needed to ensure all questions and or concerns are addressed. If surgery is required you can count on him to be there before and after providing reassurance that lessons the natural anxiety. I’ve spent a lot of time with him and team and with every visit, procedure and or surgery my confidence grows that I will ultimately regain full function. You can’t go wrong.

Dr. Jiang is the epitome of professional, competent and personal healthcare. I’ve literally had 15 major surgeries in my lifetime (not ortho) and my recent surgery to release my trigger thumb - done today - was the best surgery I’ve ever had. I’ve seen Dr. Jiang numerous times for my thumb in his office and today was simply the final solution. My hand. Who do you trust with your hand? Dr. Jiang earned it. He’s just fabulous all the way around. Can not recommend him enough. Thank you Dr. Jiang for all your care. I couldn’t be happier.

I went to Dr. Jiang for a second opinion because my first doctor told me that I need surgery. Dr. Jiang said my condition can often be success treated without surgery, performed a cortisone injection, and solved my problem.
