Dr. Subbannan is amazing...She is thorough and kind. She asks a lot of questions and is so attentive. I feel so good that she is in charge of my daughters care...she takes such good care of her...the whole staff is amazing...grateful to have her in our lives
I have been a patient of Dr. Subbhannon for three years. I am moving and separating from her and decided to leave a review. I am surprised by the negatives I see. She has been a very good listener and has engaged in dialogue around my condition and overall health. She is always given me the necessary time and answered my questions. My experience has been very positive.
I have been a patient of Dr. Subhannon for three years. She is a good listener and has always taken the time to explain my condition and answer all my questions. I have never felt rushed or not the focus of her attention. My experience has been positive.
I wish I could leave zero stars for this doctor. Found care elsewhere and realized just how much I was missing in getting useful information about my care.
Overall, my experience with Dr. Subbannan was not a great one. While knowledgeable, Dr. Subbannan showed poor bedside manners. I felt rushed when asking basic questions and she and her team were very slow to follow through with scheduling the next appointments. Cancer is a critical and time sensitive sickness. And when you know nothing about the disease, patience and follow through are very important. Dr. Subbannan had neither.

Does not explain well and cannot trust her decision
I really don't think she cares about the patient. It is easy to tell whether the doctor cares about patient's well being. She is not one.
Dr. Subbannan has been a God-send for me. I have an autoimmune disease and have developed underlying issues involving my blood and kidneys. In the midst of everything going on right now with the Covid-19 Virus, Dr. Subbannan has taken me on as a patient. She is thorough, vigilant and compassionate.
Dr. Subbannan is knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. She goes above and beyond every visit. She makes you feel like your the only patient that matters. So lucky to have found her!
Dr Subbannan is the best! She is thorough and patient. She is always thinking on ways to improve the medical situation and treatment. It’s a relief that she is part of my medical team
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a Dr. Mind you I am at an Oncologist and she walks in and barely says hello on my first visit and asks, "what can I do for you today?" WHAT!?! Absolutely NO bedside manner, no personality, and no compassion. If you go to this practice, see Dr. Ummed. He is the greatest.
She is professional, thorough and caring. Return every call and is all about taking care of her patients. So lucky to have found her
I have been a patient of Dr. Subbannan for about 3 years. Every 3 months, I have to say its always a very good visit. The team is very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Subbannan listens to your concerns, gives good advice on your medical condition or even keeps you updated on new medications or any new procedure that would benefit your medical condition. They make your visit a pleasant one and stress free.
Good with patient and family in discussing options
Dr Subbannan has been treating my husband for several months and we have found her treatment, approach and advice thoughtful, helpful and welcome.
This doctor just does not seem like she knows what she is doing. It seemed she ignored some of my concerns and focused on a couple of very small things that were not related to what was going on with me. Her conversations seem so general and not educated in medicine. She was very quiet and listened to me when I talked, but shocked me when her reply was like what my coworker would say to me. Which kind of reminds me of people you work with, that have no idea about the job and appear to work everyday, but really do no work, and somehow they still remain in the job and pull a paycheck. Also it is like she did not read my file at all, and kept asking me about my cancer like she doubted what I was telling her. Didn't she learn in school that my boobs are not going to feel like ordinary boobs after a masectomy? And how long do you have to feel around on them? Way longer than necessary, I say. I would not recommend this doctor, at all.
As a patient, with a blood disorder, you want a doctor who is compassionate, but this does not listen to you. She actually questions your comments, or what dose your taking, everything you're doing..she questions it or does not believe what your are saying,,..so NO..I don't recommend this doctor at all. I was very disappointed with my first visit. ( It was very scary)I am seriously considering another doctor. Her bedside manner was awful..This is sad , because there are 2 ladies at front desk who are wonderful ladies.
Dr Shubbanan is a very rude, umcompassionate and unethical. She does not know how to talk to a cancer patient who is already so vulnearable with his disease. She has no symapthy at all. She treats her patients like currency not like a human being. I got very upset after seeing her for my cancer and cried for an hour.I will never recommend anyone to see this doctor for anything especially not for cancer.
