List of Keisa G Anderson's Reviews
Bed side manner/standard of care is superior. Answered every question I had thoroughly and I left the office empowered on what next steps to take. Highly recommend Dr. Anderson.
Simply the Best! I have been going to Dr. Anderson for over a decade. She delivered my son, and has helped me through many changes and challenges that come with aging. She is very knowledgeable, and personable. I have recommended her to many of my friends.
I have never experienced or witness a Doctor tell a patient that they do not have time to hear/address their concerns. I am extremely disappointed in Keisa Andersen. Her tone, combativeness and disregard for her patient was unbelievable. When my husband and I asked "Do you have a moment to hear our concern" her reply was "I really don't". She did not want to listen and made us feel like we were not a priority and did not matter. Because of her demeanor and the culture of the office (meaning the way they all seem to engage with customers in a dissatisfactory way) we decided to change doctors. When we told Andersen this, her response was "Well, we will send your records" in a disrespectful and dismissive way. No apology. No remorse. No attempt to schedule a time to discuss our concerns at a later time. We were so excited to bring our baby into the world and only wanted to have our questions answered and concerns heard. When she dismissed us without any thought or care, we knew we wouldn't be able to trust her with our actual delivery. If she is acting this way over a mere appointment and question, how will she respond during labor and delivery? Will she be too busy and just as uninterested then as she is now? I highly recommend finding another doctor who is not letting you know with her actions that she is burn out and unhappy. This was REALLY BAD and seldom would I leave a review. But people deserve to know about the red flags regarding this place and the people who work there.
HORRIBLE Patient Care I have never witnessed or experienced a Doctor tell a patient that they don't have time to listen to their concerns. I was disappointed and surprised at her lack of interest in our concerns. When my wife asked Dr. Andersen "Do you have a moment to hear my concern" the doctor replied "I really don't". Her attitude was cold, dismissive and combative -- which was unnecessary. We are so excited for our child to be born and wanted nothing more than to partner with a professional team that interacts with kindness and consideration. However, the culture of this office is "do what I tell you" and "don't ask any questions". Both doctor Andersen and Burman were rushed and de-sensitized to what a patient may be going through. The front desk ad billing personnel are rude and overcharged us. When it was brought to their attention multiple times, they got an attitude with us, did not apologize for their error or attempt to make it right until we got our insurance company involved.
Wonderful Doctor Wonderful, smart and compassionate. I've been seeing Dr Anderson for more than 10 years. I trust her and appreciate everything she has done for me.
Excellent Doctor Dr. Anderson was an amazing doctor. She was very honest and caring throughout my entire pregnancy. She was extremely knowledgeable and managed my anxiety and worries as an older parent with care. She is truly one of a kind. I always felt that she always had my safety and the safety of my unborn child in mind. I had the pleasure of Dr. Anderson completing my c-section and it was absolutely perfect. The experience with her was such a blessing
So Caring I forget She's My Doctor Dr. Anderson is one of the most compassionate and caring physicians that I have ever had! I have been having an extremely difficult time going through menopause, but no matter what is going on she takes the time to listen to me. She suggests treatments and offers different alternatives and she always follows up with questions that will help her determine if I am on the right course of treatment. There are MANY issues regarding menopause and she PATIENTLY helps me go through them all. She even takes the time to do research and come up with better options! This is the first doctor I have ever had that I look forward to going to! I know that I am in good hands!
I called into the emergency line for assistance. They transferred me to Keisa G Anderson, MD. After explaining to her the severe pains I was experiencing, she responded by stating that because I “sounded fine” that it didn’t seem necessary for me to receive treatment. She went on and on rambling to discourage me from going into the emergency room stating that I’d likely not be seen. She is the most incompetent, uneducated, unprofessional, rudest doctor I’ve ever spoken to. Her tone was terrible and she was defensive and argumentative. This lady doesn’t care if your baby lives or if you’re in good health. She has absolutely no care for patients. She didn’t care to assess the situation. Her license should be revoked and this behavior reported to the board. She is a disgrace to North Atlanta and I’m sure, will soon become a liability. I’m so glad she is not my delivery room doctor. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone files a lawsuit against her soon for malpractice. She was adamant about getting back to a patient in the delivery room and HUNG UP in my face. She would not allow me to provide any explanations after her generic speech. What a shame. I will not be visiting this clinic ever. Good luck to moms who choose her as a primary care provider.
After reading some positive reviews I decided see Dr. Anderson for my prenatal visits and what a disappointment! My first prenatal visit with her was okay. It felt rushed for it being our first meeting. She stood the entire time and explained their practices and told me that I would need bloodwork and a nuchal ultrasound. She then checked the fetal heartbeat and never reported it to me which I thought was odd. She didn't even comment whether or not it was within the normal limits. Already as a pregnant woman, I'm high anxiety about my baby. I had to ask her if the heartrate was good then she replied "Yes". On my next visit, I had already completed the bloodwork and the ultrasound. Again, the visit was rushed, she came in asked how am doing then proceeded to check fetal heartbeat again and never reported it to me. At this point, I'm irritated because it's like checking my blood pressure and not telling me the results. Then she tried to end the visit without discussing the results
My experience with Dr. Anderson was not a positive one. She spoke to me like a child, was dismissive and I did not feel comfortable talking with her about my concerns. She did not discuss my exam or when I would get my results and referred me to an insanely expensive private compounding pharmacy to help with hormone balance. This place starts at 1500$ for a consult and does not take insurance. Dr. Anderson (Godwin) did not offer any other assistance and walked out of the room and said see you next year. I have always loved this practice and saw Dr. Garcia for 15 years before she moved and am so disappointed in my experience. I will not return.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
