Did not have a good experience I came in for ongoing pelvic pain. She was referred to me by my very caring general doctor so I was hopeful. I have never felt so brushed off by a doctor as I did coming to her. In a nutshell, she told me it’s my age, I should just accept it, and take ibuprofen. I’m 41. My mother, grandmothers, and friends have not experienced what I’m going through so I disagree with her assessment that it’s my age. That was a cop-out response to something she most likely had no interest in exploring, I believe. I was floored, extremely disappointed and the appointment was a complete waste of my time. She gets great reviews, but sadly I cannot agree with those patients.
Took time to listen to my concerns
Change is Good Saw her for over tens years. One year ago I explained in detail and with emotion that I was having many issues with being 50 and peri-menopause. She told me that she has bad days too and handed me antidepressants and birth control pills. No bloodwork and no ultrasound and said I can not be on HRT. I left her office so upset feeling unheard, brushed off and as if My health didn’t matter. I highly recommend NATIONAL WOMENS MENOPAUSE SOCIETY. Her d partner Julie Fryman belongs to the Society. You enter in your zip code to find a doctor or PA that stays informed. Turns out I have an autoimmune disorder. Explained the same thing and was ordered certain blood test and Ultrasound. Love my new place in John’s Creek!!
Dr Delahanty was a nice women but her staff is very cold and rude. Lisa her head nurse is very disrespectful and is unwelcoming. I have chosen to go to another OB/GYN for a friendlier office
Dr Delahanty was okay but she has the rudest staff. The nurse, Lisa, was very unprofessional, cold and she was not helpful at all. It was not a good experience.
I've been going to this office for many years and at my most recent appointment, I was disturbed by multiple things. I'll start by saying that Dr. Delahanty is outgoing and competent and the office staff were friendly. I am working through multiple health concerns with doctors, both conventional and functional. I mentioned that I also go to a functional medicine practice and I could feel her judgement and disagreement through her tone and questions she asked about it. I'm not looking for judgement from a doctor that I'll only be able to spend 10 minutes with. I expressed the health concerns I am working through and she offered no help, education, or guidance, other than to say she could prescribe weight loss meds. I did not feel heard or cared about by her. Secondly, during my exam on the table, the door opens and a nurse (I'm guessing) walks in. I've never had that happen during an exam and it was very unsettling. I was in a very vulnerable position and it felt violating to have someo

I've never had that happen during an exam and it was very unsettling. I was in a very vulnerable position and it felt violating to have someone just walk in while I was being examined. No introduction or anything. Overall, I did not feel cared about as a person during my visit. The doctor spent maybe 10 mins with me and it felt rushed and impersonal.
She is warm, kind and vested. You never feel rushed and could literally talk to her about anything. She goes above and beyond. So grateful she is my Dr. and her support staff is AMAZING!
I got a iud from Dr. Delahanty and couldn't be happier. She got me through the painful iud procedure as quick as possible and talked me through it and even allowed my husband to hold my hand through the procedure. I don't have any complications so far and no cramping several days after insertion. I only had cramping when it was first inserted and felt completely fine after a few hours. I have my follow up in a few weeks and made sure to get Delahanty again!
Dr Delahanty is the best doctor absolutely outstanding! She is easy to talk to and all around awesome!!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
